From the moment I walked in until I left, I received outstanding customer service. I usually go closer to home, but I decided to try this store while running errands. Brianna was assisting another customer when I arrived. Unsure if she was new, she had a question, and Spencer, a young employee from the back, promptly helped her. I was impressed by their teamwork, which is why I made a point to learn everyone's names. Alexis handed me my order once it was ready. Everyone was friendly, and the food was delicious. Thank you for exemplifying great customer service. I will definitely return because of the excellent teamwork and dedication I witnessed.

Wingstop in general is known for having bad service, but this location really takes the award for worst service. I walked in to pick up my online orders and the one girl attending. The register was by herself while the other girl in the back was fooling around with the cook. The girl attending the cashier was so backed up with orders. She was on the phone with someone and there was a line of 6 to 7 people behind me. Neither one of the other two workers in the back bother to even help out. They were horseplaying messing around on their cell phone. Anyway, once the cashier got to me, she told me it would be a six minute wait. She then left the cashier and went to the bag, and was chatting with the other girl and the Kirk, and they were horse playing. Well there was other people waiting to be attended at the cashier. finally the one brunette girl in the back decided she could help out but she was so rude and she began asking people what method of payment they were using because she wasn’t excepting cash. This location is just a joke. The worker hears suck. I felt so bad for the lady that was in the back, washing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen by herself, while these other three kids were horse playing. That lady deserves a raise.
The customer service was great even when i forgot to order ranch they were patient with me! The staff were very friendly. The food was a little too saucy but very good!
Horrible customer service the manager is definitely is not qualified to be a manager she’s completely unable to communicate with costumers her professionalism as a manager is horrible, while the rest of my missing order was being prepared her along with the other 3 staff members where being rude laughing and simply just made this situation very uncomfortable I didn’t get what I orderd and paid for I was being completely understanding when I called, they made me feel like I did something wrong, the customer service is crazy they literally don’t care!
I did a online order I go to pick up and they are slower then usual so when I got home half of my order was missing fries were cold I contacted them staff was very unfriendly I get there the manager was eating and did not want to be bothered the employee said the manager is on her 10 min break looks at her laughs and then at that point she approached us the employee was translating which there was no resolution to the matter but to wait another 15mins for the rest of my order and to contact the General Manager when back from vacation in a week. I never complain I’m a business owner I understand ther can be mishaps but the way this situation was handled was very unpleasant. I’ve ordered from this location a few times since it’s closest to home but will never order from here again.
I ordered some mango boneless today they were the smallest wings ever and didn’t even look like boneless wings they measure the wings weight here would be great if I can get a refund each wing was like 1 inch
Dude who calls everyone boss is very efficient, great customer service and very friendly. Had to wait a bit but did not mind. Before I could ask about my order, he reassured me my order was almost done. Everyone here was awesome
