I just got back from picking up my order, I ordered a large cheese sauce and it’s barely halfway full ! This wing stop is SO hit or miss! The only times I’ve gone and it’s good is when the GM Robert is there, otherwise it’s like they don’t care. You want to fill it up halfway but charge me full price ?! Large fries look more like regular fries too ????
Even though they were extremely busy and short 3 employees the shift lead made sure to keep everyone up to date on our orders. She continued to apologize for the long wait. My food was fresh and delicious thank you guys for the hard work!!
Quite possibly the most mismanaged place I've ever dealt with. If you want to risk a pickup order, expect it to be delayed at least half an hour. We've given them multiple opportunities (so shame on us) and it's the same frustratingly terrible experience every time.
We ordered a 50-piece, expecting the wings to be good and flavorful - ordered garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and Cowboy lemon hot. The wings were very bland and full of oil. It seems as though they just dumped them into the containers from the fryer and put a little seasoning. They initially forgot the chicken sandwich I ordered so I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes on it. I've had better from other Wingstops. We won't be visiting again.
I ordered a large order for my family and I, and I was frustrated when my husband got home cause more than half my order was missing. I called frustrated but HONEY!!!!!!! Kathy had the sweetest voice and was so nice and friendly to me she had me check myself!!!!!!!!! Kathy I thank you for being a hard worker in a busy workplace. I thank you for your kindness. I thank you for coming in and dealing with rude customers cause it isn't easy. When yall go in make sure to give Kathy a smile for me and let her know she is appreciated!!!!!!!!
Highly disappointed with my experience here. I ordered my food on the app and told me it’ll be ready in 21-26 minutes. I arrive for my food as 25 minutes had passed. Just for them to tell me that it’ll be 39 minutes for my food. I know I wasn’t the only one as others there were having the same issue. Manager seemed to not do nothing about it and not care about the associates. I don’t recommend eating there.
gave them another try after getting raw wings .. and now we get baby wings .. not a fan.
Just don’t. If you do, double the wait time they tell you for pickup. It’s maddening to see how broken the system is. Most entertaining but totally unacceptable scene here: mentally ill guy hanging out jabbering nonsense to customers, who were visibly squirming. No one addressed it so he kept on. Gotta laugh or cry one.
