Worst wingstop in all county. On 8/11 at 10:30 pm we orderded Louisiana Wings. They were undercooked not at all crispy and almost a cup full of oil. Their combos are freaking expensive to be selling this type of quality. Do not buy from here. I just a saw review from 3 months before of another guy that was given raw wings. They should totally close this location as people can get very sick for your lack of food quality control.
Horrible place. I am from Los Angeles County and what a difference.
Small place, 6 people working and no customer acknowledgement. Food temperature cold and as, you can see my chicken did not have enough sauce. I asked for some sauce since it was there mistake and the manager that was sitting next to the cashier, with a laptop and coffee next to the register, had the audacity to say I had to pay for it. Be a real manager and make sure the employees are doing their job correctly. ????????
My bill was $40.65 wasted money, stay away from this place.
Man what can i say about this place other than delicious food and awes customer service, the staff is super friendly and a special shoutout to Yahel who helped take my order. He was super patient with me taking forever to decide what i wanted lol. Humble dude definitely recommend this location been a cv resident for 5 years now and this place never disappoints!
Horrible first experience ordering with their free delivery. Still paid six dollars in delivery fees. Every single part of the order was wrong. I ordered Louisiana rub and got plain wings. I ordered extra crispy fries and got soggy, Super salty fries and I ordered just a water and got sparkling water. When I called to inform them of the error , a girl who spoke zero English just answered the phone and said hi. OK, so she spoke one word of English, I stand corrected. My apologies. When I started talking, she started speaking Spanish and then looked for someone who could speak English. Another girl who only spoke Spanish got on the phone and not until the third person that I get anyone who could speak English, who couldn’t help anyway because there’s no manager around. So far I’ve paid about $25 for a drink I won’t drink because it’s not what I ordered, fries I can’t eat because they’re soggy, cold, and too salty, and five small flavorless chicken strips. What a deal!
First of all, I was told my order would be somewhere between 15-20 minutes and I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes until I asked the lady behind the cashier for an update on my order.
I asked because I saw another person who had been waiting for their order ask about the status only for the cashier to realize it had already been ready & they had him waiting there for no reason.
The place is absolutely disgusting and the wings are mediocre.
I've only ordered from this place twice in my life and both times have been miserable experiences. Never ordering from here again.
Ordered at the wrong location. I called immediately when I realized the mistake. I spoke with an employee who said they could not refund nor cancel the order. Instead they said my only option was to pickup. I came the next day to try and see what my options are. Spoke with management and their idea of a resolution is offering 50% my next order??? Absolutely insane and bad customer service from management here.
Worst wingstop in universe mcdonalds kids meal has more fries than this…
Wish I can give negative 5 states the girl handling our food was putting lipstick on , didn’t wash her hands after touching on her mouth, the boy who took out order got it completely wrong even though her repeated exactly what we ordered and still got it wrong. All these places have been horrible lately why are these ppl hiring ppl that do not do the simple job correctly?
