Ordered some food from this restaurant when I was in town. The staff is super nice and friendly. I’ve never eaten at Wingstop. I will say it was chicken wasn’t wasn’t bad is it chicken but it’s exactly what to expect from a place like this. . I had some boneless wings and some tenders. I did like the cheese sauce for the fries and I did like the fries seasoning, cheese sauce that was really tasty. Definitely was a busy place so they must be doing something right Taste the chicken and tell me what you think
I recently visited this location Saturday afternoon. There were 4 workers but only 1 on the register and fixing the food. The other 3 workers were on break. How unprofessional! There was 5 customers waiting around to be serviced and to receive their food. Here is the pain point, the guy that was doing all of the work did not wear gloves making the food. You can’t be serious! Eventually, one of the workers got up to help and he didn’t wear gloves either. That’s nasty! The food was good and I didn’t get sick but do better management!
They make the chicken any type of way. Then when you mention it, there is a lot of back and forth with the customer. The light skin big guy which I assume is the manager.. is in the wrong business no customer service skills at all. Employees look like they rolled out the bed then to work. Corporate obviously don’t read these reviews because I see some of the same complaints

I visited and encountered an older man with a hairnet on his head. He did not acknowledge me or ask how he could assist me. Instead, he sat there silently, ignoring my presence. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It is concerning to see so many negative reviews about this individual. Who is managing your operation? I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning.
There’s a fat light skinned man that worked cashier on 10/26/23. Has poor customer service skills. Attitude issues. Needs training. Food is always great though. Thank you cooks!
They soak the chicken in grease. It takes less than a minute to drain 8 nuggets. I pulled my nuggets out of the grease trap styrofoam plate and laid them out on a napkin and rewarmed them in my air fryer. I shouldn’t have to do that after spending $30.00 on the food. I will not recommend or purchase food from them again. Very disappointed!
First off I placed an order at 4 online it said my order was ready, it wasn’t ready I waited for over an hour and everyone ignored us when we were waiting. The service was outright horrible uncoordinated and sloppy, the workers were bumping into eachother and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. When I asked where my order was they kept saying “few more mins” which wasn’t true we had to wait one more hour. I asked the worker again and she rolled her eyes at. When I finally did get my food it was cold and stale and thrown in the bag. Sloppy service and horrible food. All the workers I talked to had a horrible attitude. I had to ask about 10 times in order to get my food. Never again.
