I would not recommend. I paid for something that I didn't receive and by the time I realized, the store was closed. So I called the next day for a refund and the manager stated she is not able to refund anything from the previous day. I've NEVER heard of an establishment not being able to access any financial records from the previous day. It sounded to me like she just didn't want to give me a refund. Either way, I know which franchise location to stay away from. I paid for something that I never received so they essentially stole from me.
I wouldn't recommend my dog if I had one to eat the scraps of bones from this place. I called in a order, picked it up and it was horrible called back spoke with Samantha a manager who told me I had 24hrs to bring it back for a refund I go early the next day and the GM told me I couldn't get my refund for a little over $30 and that she would credit me my money for the 15piece meal. I go back that to get my replacement order and they said the GM said she only credited me for $15 and that I owed them $25 more in order to get my replacement food. Not only did I get beat out of $30 I didn't get my food either although the food I bought was returned to them. The food was gross
Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I bought 20 wings and they were all cold and sopping wet in sauce, even though almost all my flavors were supposed to be dry rubs. I had to take them out of the sauce, which was just excessive goop sitting on top of them at this point, and then air fry them. Basically did their job for them.
Please don’t serve the fries with small, leftover, burnt pieces. Half the order was made up of these.

IT rang 10x b4 anyone even tried to pickup. When I went inside the person who handed me my order. A sorry sorry unkind employee. I don't think I'm going back there to be treated ???? disrespectful after spending MY MONEY!! IT'S NOT FREE FOOD!!!!!****$$$$$@@>>^^!
Sweet and short: I saw roaches physically running on the floor, all the tables were dirty and nasty. The atmosphere was weird it's like nobody was on the same page in the kitchen. Our order was messed up. The food is less than mid. It's really going down hill. Someone needs to come in and be a good manager and get this place cleaned up and running way better.
This past Sunday I called to do an order over the phone. The young lady answered, and put me on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up and called back., the phone rang for a very long time, in which someone picked the phone up and hung it up. A couple of minutes later, I walked in only to see that person pick the phone up while it was ringing and hung it back up. I told her that was exactly what she had done to me! Needless to say, I had errands to run, and it was a great inconvenience to not have been able to call that order in. To top it off, my vegetables were left out.
Was in the mood for wings but did not want to eat in somewhere. Wish I would have checked reviews. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings 10 years ago, have never been back. 2 out of 10 wings were good because they were thicker drumettes. The others were dry and/or crunchy being over cooked.
