The staff is rude and doesn’t pay much attention to customers especially those at the front counter
They act like they are giving out the food for free whilst talking like they are injured
Wendy’s has better customer service than it at-least they welcome their customers with charm and make their day good even if it is going worse

The Mexican teenager at the front is ridiculous. He double charged me for my food. I go home realize he left food out he then tells me request my refund online thru DoorDash . Instead of just fixing my order. Rude and terrible attitude switched my order because we had the same name supposedly except I doubt that’s true
Some lady that looks like la gilbertona she has red hair was extremely rude didn’t let us even chose what we wanted kept making fun of what we ordered also rushing us to order never coming back with that customer service other coworkers were nice except the one lady.
I drive out to this specific location bc its THE BEST! Their wings are always perfectly cooked and seasoned
I ordered 30wings and i’d say overall it’s good. The only thing is some wings didn’t have enough sauce. Little dried. I ordered less wings last time and the sauce was enough. So maybe it depends on how they actually marinate them or if more wings get less sauce. Recommend this place!
Food was good and the staff was super friendly but we had to eat in and the atmosphere was dismal. Tables were all dirty and the bathroom stunk to high heaven.
So I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but with the Wingstop app on my phone, it will never let me place an order. So online ordering doesn’t work, you try to call and place an order and the voicemail box is always full and I never get anyone on the phone. I literally always have to walk in and wait in their dirty, overpacked restaurant. Other than that food is bomb as always, it just frustrating I never can order before hand and just simply pick it up.
Got the fries and bit into what looked like glass and hurt so bad. I returned the food and got my money back but still hurts days later. Was brushed off as seasoning but seemed unreal to me. Well now i need a Trip to the dentist thanks a lot wingstop
