Dry, nasty, basically oil/greased tossed wings. All that oil made it flavorless. Very disappointed! Won’t be coming back that’s Fs! ????
Wings are completely flavorless. Is this a joke? My kids and I are huge fans of wings and were excited to try WS for the first time today only to be let down in a big way! The wings have no flavor! What a huge disappointment! Not only were the wings trash but the establishment was filthy!
I ordered the 20 boneless wings + 2 dips and a large fry for $16.99. I absolutely love their Louisiana rub,but they have their hot honey rub back as well. Both flavors are absolutely delicious! You can choose up to 4 flavors for the wings...or go plain..their is no wrong way to go with wings!
I went for lunch yesterday. Usually they take more time to prepare so I ordered online as takeout so that it will be ready when I get there and I can dine in.
1. Ordered buffalo ranch fries. They packed fries without ranch. If I didn’t open it there for dining in then no opportunity to ask them.
2. There was not even one trash bin on the entire shop. We have to give trash to the employee’s hands ?
3. Men’s restroom was out of order. Anyone eating wings would like to wash their hand. There is no option for that.
Poor customer service. If you don’t like to run business just close it and give franchise to someone else. Don’t spoil WingsStop brand. I love the brand and taste for a very long time. Evansville branch is worst.
I Ordered delivery over three weeks ago. Order took over an hour to get to me and when it did, food was cold and inedible. I drove the food back to the restaurant and asked for refund. I was first told no since it was a delivery issue, but when I told them that I ordered through their app, it’s not my fault that the delivery was messed up, I didn’t choose the third party to deliver. I was then told I would get a refund within five days, never happened. Went back into the store again, was told the same thing, this time two days. I Still haven’t been refunded. I Still haven’t talked to a manager after asking twice. And you can’t call them because they don’t have a working phone. I even emailed their corporate office, and never heard back from them. To be told twice they would fix the issue and still haven’t done so is a terrible way to conduct business. Good luck to future customers.
Their lemon pepper bone in wings are to die for. We've been like 3 times lately. Fries are ok, but their wings are good. Prices are a bit high, but everything is high right now. Staff seems nice. My biggest pet peeve is that tables always seem dirty when we go in and there are no trash cans anywhere. But otherwise, love the food.
Well I ordered 20 bone in wings to go. When my order was complete in 3 minutes I should have known that’s a problem. Extremely hard and greasy. Taste like they refried in grease for a minute. You all have got to do better. And you all wasn’t busy!
I thought their wings were great. My personal favorite is the Korean BBQ. The Buffalo sauce is good, too. You can only order take out right now, I believe due to Covid precautions. They have 4 TVs so I can see this place getting busy once they are able to open up for dine in.
