This place used to be good. It's terrible now. Employees act annoyed when you ask them to give you things you paid for that they left out. There's no garbage cans in the store at all, they expect you to take your trash with you. Ordered 20 wings and got a box of fried bread crumbles. Celery was spoiled. Manager refused to refund, or at least she claimed to be the manager.
One of the best wing spots in Tampa fr. Wings always cooked to order, delivered hot, never missing items, and speaking to them on the phone that are great w customer service. Can't beat the Korean q and lemon pepper. And got to mention the one time I had an issue w an order the manager made it right, no issue and took care of it quicker than i could have expected! Definitely won a loyal customer. Thank you E!!
Employees were sleeping on the tables in the lobby. One of the employees cursing out his baby mama ???????? it was just ghetto. The cashier was very nice though. It’s not their fault though they need a break room or area in the back where they can sit down and handle their private matters.
I’m not sure if they changed the seasoning of the fries but I thought wing stops fries were supposed to be kind of sweet? They were regular fries. The hickory barbecue sauce on the wings were 3/10 I would not recommend.
The store was very clean also.
Waited 40 min for an inside order with only 3 people in front of me. When I got the food, it was barley warm. Although the food tasted delicious the restaurant was horribly dirty. Both bathrooms were locked for the WHOLE time I was there; thjs tells me they we’re dirty and don’t want customers to use them. Service was horrible and not the best wing stop. I won’t go back to this location. They need a health inspector and a better manager ASAP
I got carry out and asked the woman at the front counter if my order has arrived. She didn’t respond but I figured I was too early so waited. Everyone else got their food and I didn’t not. After 15 min another guy walked up and I asked and he got my order.
I was the only white person in the store and she purposefully didn’t give me my order. I will not be using this location again.
This is the closest Wingstop to me & it’s truly such a hassle each time & truthfully recommend you go to another Wingstop unless you want a messed up order. I’ve ordered multiple times here and almost every other meal I’ve ordered has something missing and the employee are insanely inappropriate and unprofessional. Today’s order was my last straw and decided to share my experience.
Im honestly a huge Wingstop fan and love and crave it at all times but l the attention to details and professionalism at this specific Wingstop is absurd. From multiple items in an order missing, to unseasoned items & super cold orders is just not acceptable.
Came in with a party of 15 unexpectedly and was received very nicely by the friendly staff and workers. The food came out pretty quickly and was very delicious and fresh. Definitely would come back again. 10/10 Wingstop. W staff
This is by far the best wing stops I’ve been to. I made a mistake on my online order and the manager was very helpful and fixed it. When we walked in we were greeted by everyone. And although they were very busy with online orders they managed everything very well and on time. The food was very very good and the manger was very professional.
