I gave them 1 star cause I placed an order and the veggies we not in a container the order of wings were greasy and cold. Not to mention the order to detail. When you ask for well done it should be well done . I understand many orders but I've been to Wingstops much busier and they have gotten the order right. ATTENTION TO DETAIL will go along way. Not to forget but my wings were cold by the time I got home. It's was less than a 4 mile trip to and from.
Seriously someone needs to check on this location. Absolutely disgusting and very unprofessional service here. The lady at the front with glasses always has an attitude. I told them my order has been ready for the 20 minutes she told me “ 15 more minutes”. Me thinking they’re taking their nice precious time making my wings, thinking everything would come out good until I got home and saw my wings.. Very disgusted and beyond disappointed. Did you guys even try? Seriously please find people who actually want to work.
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering from here because everything everyone else says happened to me. My family placed and order and when we got it it was a disappointment. Not to mention that we all got food poisoning from the food. Everyone either had stomach aches or were vomiting the food. And to top it off we know it was the food because my brother in law also had Wingstop from this location the same day and he also got food poisoning. Please have someone go there and make sure they are actually doing their job and cleaning everything. So disappointing never going to Wingstop again.
This place never fails to disappoint, I try to give then a second chance but definitely will not ever order here or recommend this place either. Horrible attitude from the people food never fails to be missing when ordering delivery and more than once the chicken has been raw. Then you call and they never pick up. Code compliance should definitely check this place out.
Placed my order online and still had to wait when i got there. That’s ok I had to wait cause it tells me it’s fresh and hot. BUT that is not the case when your wings are cold as ice! The sauces have not even melted on the wings! Avoid if you can never had them this cold. In the pictures shows the sauces have not melted.
Spent $100 on wings for a work meeting and the lemon pepper and hot honey wings, did not have any seasoning or sauce. Do NOT order from this location. I am Very disappointed.
Placed an order yesterday in the store the girl behind the counter with glasses was rude, she rang me up wrong and I asked for an extra ranch for the difference and she wanted to charge me. Everything was going good until after we ate we all got food poising from this place DONT EAT HERE ????.
This locations is amazing! They have my order ready really fast.
