Ordered take out, got there a bit earlier so I waited. I checked in with the girl at the counter. She seemed confused when I told her my name and I would just be waiting for it to come out. I waited about another 20min and nothing so I went up to see what was happening with my order. Turns out she never called my name or anything to tell me my order was ready. I asked for my oder and she again seemed confused tried going to the back to look for it when it was sitting on the Togo rack right beside her. Everything inside this store was greasy. The bathroom is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It felt like they intentionally threw grease on the floor. Out of the 3 tvs they have 1 was showing last week's nfl game the 2nd was off and the last one had about 8 tiny squares with different sports on... all to small to see anything.
Came to eat at about 4 pm Completely dirty trash on tables many employees walked by and none of them cared to pick up the trash they have so many flies it was hard to eat! You could hear the employees in the back talking laughing and having a good time after a while a lady with a black hat and black shirt & head set employer came out trying to kill flies with the trash on the tables really disgusting I didn’t not see no manager on sight and if there was they let there employees do whatever they want it was not busy for them not to have time to pick up the trash left behind Will not be returning
Surfaces were sticky but not many customers… Horse playing in the kitchen is crazy. Specially with orders in the shelf waiting to go out. Getting physical while on duty at the registers while customers are watching ??? Are you serious. And we watched out order in the shelf for a good minute before they finally called our name.
Wingstop is our go-to spot for delectable boneless wings. The flavor variety is outstanding, making every visit a savory delight. We would highly recommend the garlic parmesan flavor! The unique "hole-in-the-wall" atmosphere, though slightly marred by table cleanliness, adds character. An unfortunate drawback is the lack of Freestyle Coke Machine® syrup options. On a positive note, discovering a secret parking spot enhances the overall experience. Overall, a four-star gem for wing enthusiasts.
Worst service of any Wing Stop I’ve ever visited. Waited 45 minutes for two 3-piece combos. When we asked about it, they said “oh it’s promise time” whatever that means? Not worth the wait.
So, not only did we walk in and the whole staff is arguing with each other and ignoring us, but one of the cooks dropped a wing on the floor and kicked it under the fryer. There is nothing but TRASH and FILTH all over the floor. Don’t eat here or you’ll probably catch something. -5 stars honestly. I should’ve taken a picture.
Food extremely salty. Almost to the point of not eating it and asking for the money back but we were already very hungry. Unbelievable. Even the BBQ wings were salty, I guess it was the batter because that they put to all the wings. The lady at the counter with the an attitude like ”I want to be somewhere else”, honestly I am never coming back to this wingstop.
Seriously terrible service at this location. The employees made no attempt to hide their absolute disdain for their job and customers, it was almost impressive if it wasn't so sad. Gross all around, this location is BAD.
