If you're on the clock, order ahead! We waited 23 mins for our order. It wasn't because the place was packed.
Only 3 tables had customers and 2 of them were eating. It looked like they only used 1 fryer for chicken and the other for fries.
From what we witnessed, 1 guy was taking orders and working the fryer and the other 2 staff were getting the orders ready, and one of them was in training.
Also, they were moving soooo slow! They had no urgency about them. Instead of working in a fast food restaurant, they looked like they were working in a library!
Seems like the workers are always confused as to what we want to order. We usually order the specials and always have a problem with it because the workers don’t even know what the special comes with. It’s been twice in a row that we’ve had problems when ordering the special.
This is the worst run restaurant I’ve ever been to of any kind. They consistently get my order wrong, make me wait beyond the ready time. While I was eating a lemon pepper wing I noticed it still had the feathers. Disgusting. Don’t eat here unless you want to vomit like me. So grossed out.

Wingstop is always a favorite. Lousisana rub and original hot it the best combo. Corn is fire too. As you can tell it was delicious as there's not much left lmao
Busy place you can tell they work hard so be patient on Fridays and Saturdays your online order may take 45 mn to get ready but if you have this info then all is good. Next time I will just show up accordingly they offered a complimentary drink for the wait. Food is good would come back again
Waited for more than 20 minutes only for sandwiches when it was not busy at all and i was told it will take 10 minutes. someone got her order first when she came 10 minutes after me. So if you are in hurry di not go there. I requested to cancel my order and after discussing with his manager the man at the counter cancelled my order. Never going back.
Place full of young workers who don’t know what they are doing! And they never answer the phone. They also don’t understand the concept of extra crispy/well done/dry rub…however I put it, I still end up with soft wings!
