The staff is unprofessional and inattentive. The attitudes are so unnecessary. I’ve never observed customers being rude or unruly. Quite honestly, the customers are more professional than the workers! This a job you applied for, interviewed for, and trained for. Why would operate as if it’s such an inconvenience to perform the basic duties of your position? The standard of customer service is on the decline industry wide, but seeing this same scene here every time I come is really crazy to me. Unfortunately there aren’t many late night food options here in Beaumont.
I ordered 6 boneless wings combo caryout.
3 garlic And 3 lemon pepper . They give me dry seasoning instead of the sauce and forgot the ranch too that I ordered . and I ordered a sweet tea but they give me a unsweetea tea !!! The order was so wrong everything was wrong was very disappointing and upset. Glad I got my refund back.
THE WORST EXPERIENCES. ALWAYYYSSSSSSS HAS AN ATTITUDE, FOOD IS MEVERRRRRRRRRR DONE. YOU COULD PUT AN ORDER IN ONLINE AND TELL THEM TO MAKE IT ASAP AND SHOW UP 30 MINUTES LATER AND YOU STILLLLLLL HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD. I CAN NOT STREESSSSSSSSSS HOW BAD OF SERVICE THIS IS. HALF THE TIME YOU DONT GET ALL OF YOUR FOOD. MULTIPLEEEEEEEEEE TIMES WHERE I WAS MISSING HALF MY ORDER. THEY MEVERRRRR HAVE ANSWERS TO YOUR WUESTIONS EITHER. YOULL BE WAITING FOREVER ON YOUR ORDER AND THEYLL JUST BE SITTING ON THEIR PHONE. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
25 minutes wait on order. Manager let order sit on shelf before telling me my order was ready. Had to finally ask for an update. Service is really bad at this location. Done in, take out, delivery does not matter. They are terrible.
I try to be fair about my reviews. The store was clean. The staff was nice. However, the food was absolutely horrible! The cheese fries were very soggy. The chicken tasted so bad. I got the mild boneless wings. It completely reminded me of frozen mild boneless wings that came out of a bag from a grocery store. I know tgey get their food frozen but, for $12 I could have gotten the same thing for less the $5 at walmart. I did not finish my food it was so bad. I did not complain, just left it. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I will not be back! The food definitely looked way better than it tasted.
Can't even taste the food cause they answer the phone saying "we're not taking anymore orders/call ins/debit card only" and hang up but based on the pics in other reviews it's probably best I got hung up on .
Ordered on app food wasn't ready when we arrived.

They did fix our Ordered but I'm glad we weren't in a time restriction.
Food was good
We went in and it took absolutely forever for them to make 3 small orders. The staff was pretty rude and the wings were over cooked.
