Entered this establishment on a Sunday evening and there were 3 persons behind the register, none of them greeted myself or anyone that walked in after me. I ordered my food an hour in advanced to be picked up at 4:50 pm and when I came to get it they told me 15 more minutes. I came back about 10 min later and she told me 10 more but really ended up being 20. While sitting in the store I observed mess on the floors, customers not being greeted, and overflowing trash cans. Ordered well done but was regular.
Waited a while and asked to use the Restroom, was told NO! It’s for paying customers lol
Really what did I just paid for then? So I am Not a Customer???
Also asked for the cajun spices on the side not on fries and it came on the fries now daughter can’t share them due to allergic
Guy at the counter with a huge nose rings said can’t you just eat it? Refused to replace them

Kitchen can’t follow directions. Chicken is not cooked to standard. Choose another location. They’re too focused on moving too fast rather than paying attention to what the customer is ordering.
Came here and got lemon pepper and the order I received barely had any lemon pepper seasonings. When I came back to tell them what was wrong with my order I was rudely cut off by Raul. Abby stepped in and made sure my order was corrected after I had to wait an additional eight minutes.
I attached a picture of the second order Abby helped me with. I didn’t get a picture of the order that I returned. The fact I had to wait 20+ for the order to come out looking like a normal Wingstop order is crazy. Check your food before you leave.
Not only do they take a very long time to get the order out but they also aren't open when they're supposed to be. It's supposed to open at 10:30am. The pos system is on but the doors weren't open.
I came in to grab an order for a delivery. Asked if I could use the bathroom quick was told it’s only for customers…guess since i didn’t buy anything and someone else ordered doesn’t make me a customer. So I went back bought a soda and the guy totally ignored me and the other person standing there. He was so rude. Makes me never want to eat at any wing stop ever…if service is like that when someone comes in for a delivery makes me not want to ever go there even for my job.
I was helped my a new Red headed girl with great customer service. She was very helpful and hooked me up with fresh food. A real step up from some of the other workers I have experienced there.
This Wingstop location does not meet the standards expected of a dining establishment. Despite my usual enjoyment of dining at Wingstop, my recent experience at this particular branch has been disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one attending to the front counter, leading to prolonged wait times before being attended to. The staff members, upon taking orders, were noticeably impolite. Furthermore, the interior of the building was unclean, with food debris scattered across the floors and sticky tables. Patrons should anticipate lengthy waits of over an hour for their orders. Additionally, inconsistencies were observed regarding the accessibility of the restroom, as it was initially claimed to be closed to customers, yet later accessed by another patron upon request.
Friday night employees spent their time talking or just standing around when it was not busy. The place was dirty, and the bathroom was even worse. Out order took over 40minutes to be ready.
