The drink machines both have nats/bugs flying around it and it’s FILTHY! The service is horrible. It takes 15 minutes to drop 6 wings and fries. I waited 60 MINUTES for my order of 6 wings and fries, which I ordered in person to take out. To top that off, they forgot my fries and so I had to go back in the store to wait for them to drop another order of fries in their oil. I waited another 10 minutes. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Periodt!
Omg yes.The young lady that took my order was helpful and friendly. Place was clean.Kitchen staff had on gloves and was handling food properly. I never eat inside anywhere but I did.I work near by will definitely be back .Food was hot and seasoned perfectly ???? Store clean.
"I ordered from Wingstop on Main Street in Newark, and it was a terrible experience. The food tasted like it was drenched in oil and was way over-seasoned. To make matters worse, I ordered 25 wings, and most of them were just crumbs of chicken instead of actual wings. One of my orders was for 15 original wings, and they only gave me 9, clearly assuming since it was takeout, I wouldn’t notice or come back to complain. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning."
Literally no leadership in the store. Everyone wants to be in the back of the store. It doesn’t take 8 people to make wings in the back. No one came up to the front waited forever. Love the wings but can’t stand being stared at by multiple employees and non of them bothered to come to the front and deal with the customers. Trash.
Not the best wing place, but as somebody who would have wings as my final meal...

I purchased food on ubereats and the order was wrong. not only that, the ranch is completely rotten. i called the store and the person literally did not care????????♀️ didn’t apologize or even acknowledge how disgusting that is.
Last time ordering from here. Let’s start with the entrance. The door is filthy, it’s greasy and the windows are very dirty. The drink station was dirty, no ice, the coke products were empty. Wasn’t able to get a drink I paid for. The dining area is dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned all week. I ordered my wings well done, my wings were see through with no hot honey rub. My fries were all burnt. I will not be returning to this location. This location needs to be inspected and under new management!
I ordered Doordash pick up, when I got there they told me someone had already picked up my order. I told them it wasn’t me, showed them proof it was my order, and they seemed not to care. I asked them did the person show you this exact screen with the exact name and confirmation, they lied and said yes. I told them that the person had lied. They said the problem wasn’t on their end. Had to contact Doordash and get my friend to call the Wingstop and threaten to come in just for them to refund the order. The customer service is terrible and they do not care whatsoever about whether you get your food or not.
