I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this particular Wingstop location was a bad experience. Everything in my order was wrong except the flavor and I received my extra ranch. I ordered the fries well done with extra seasoning. They came to me cold, undercooked, and had no seasoning at all. The wings were barely sauced and also cold. I ordered a Coke and received a tea. I tried calling to address the issue but was put on hold and after a few minutes my phone showed that the call had failed. It's upsetting because with prices as they are, you want to receive what you pay for. My entire order was inedible and a waste of $17.
Never going here again
Ordered well done wings and they were hardly crispy. Mild sauce was nowhere to be found and wings were nearly naked.
Seems to be an ongoing issue with zero resolution.
This must have been the 5th or 6th time this place has messed up my order. I asked for all flats extra crispy and got basically all drum sticks. I asked if instead of a fountain drink I can get a bottled soda. They said they couldn't do that. I guess this is the reason their ratings are so low. Staff is slow and they simply don't listen to your order. Also the wings I was served were dry and had hardly any sauce or seasoning. This place is the worst Wingstop I have ever been to and they have forever lost my business.
I went in to pick up an order. These two poor girls were taking orders at the register while at least 5 teammates in the back several were doing nothing but conversing. All the while they had at least 7 to 10 orders ready on a shelf and at least two
Or three waiting to pick up orders that were on the shelves. Some guy came in just as I was getting my order saying he got the wrong order all together. Like they were not there to service the customers or making sure of accuracy. The two girls upfront could only so much and needed assistance from there team members. The door also had a note on it that it was broken so to pull gently. It was disappointing for the 5 minutes or so i spent in there waiting on my order
They always seem to disappoint. Unsure who owns this franchise, but they need to get ahold of it quickly. The wings are terrible, typically tenders are tender however these were burnt to a crisp.
Chicken was rubbery and over cooked in my sandwich. The fries were stale and stuck together. Very disappointed, I will not be giving them my business any time soon.
Facility was dirty.
I came in at 6:30pm (10/28/24) and I’m still currently waiting for an order and it’s 7:25, almost an hour later. All the workers in the back were cussing and throwing food. Yelling the “N” word all loud at each other jumping around not focusing on costumers. It’s inappropriate and completely unprofessional. You also had two girls ignoring other costumers and texting on their phone rather that checking in on the now crowd in the front. I will be calling licensing and the better business Beuro! Your staff should be ashamed. The only one who was sweet and trying to handle it on her own was the young girl in the front at the register. Poor thing deserves better coworkers because this whole experience was horrible.!
Sauce doesn’t mix properly on the wings and fries are burnt! but the atmosphere is good and so the staffs!
