First time trying Wingstop due to my favorite wing spot being closed. I was pleasantly surprised on how good the wings tasted. My order was ready in about 5 minutes which was great especially at 11pm. I ordered the Honey BBQ wings with Ranch Seasoned fries and I was expecting more sauce but the crispness and flavor was more than enough and tastes great. The fries and ranch dip was great just wished they offered sweet potato fries and didn’t charge almost $2 for an extra ranch. Other than that the whole meal was $12 which is fairly priced for. 6 piece wings combo. Will try again
This place has terrible food, terrible customer service and got my whole order wrong. Needs new management. Wing order was wrong, fries were old and cold. I ordered a combo and didn’t get a drink. I called to complain and get a refund and the manager forgot I was on the phone. I had call back several times for her to tell me she could not refund the purchase unless I brought the food back but by the time I realized my whole order was gone and finally got someone on the line I was more than 30 minutes away. The manager was not remorseful at all. This place needs new management. The WingStop near me in Smyrna is always good.
I purchased boneless chicken and it taste old. The fries did not have the seasoning. They forgot my sauce and I had to call five times to finally get someone then when I finally got someone they told me that they don’t do any refunds that they could just make it over.
This Wingstop location is an absolute disgrace..
I asked to speak to the manager, hoping someone with basic manners might handle my situation. Instead, I got “Joe,” the so-called general manager. Unbelievably, he was even more insufferable than she was. His attitude was smug, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He acted like he couldn’t be bothered with a customer complaint, which shows just how little they care about the people keeping them in business.
My main problem is with Joe. Do better man. With an attitude like yours you won’t have a job long. And if you fail at Wingstop.. well. Good luck. I hope this truly helps you become a better contributor to society.
Ordered lemon pepper. It was ok. It could be better.
Will not visit here next time, because none of the employees use gloves.
It was late at night at 11pm, and the place was still open but still should be using gloves when preparing the food.
Also, always double-check your order because you can be missing something. They were not getting orders right.
my food came out very quickly, and fresh! The staff is friendly and they have good manners! Shawn made sure my order was correct too ,will be back
This location is out of line! Whoever is managing this location needs to either be fired or demoted. Did an online order, arrived to the location and cashier said that my order was not received because they ran out of receipt paper. Had to wait another 35 minutes before our food was ready. No napkins, no ice, drinks were flat. Went to the bathroom and again, no napkins, urine to the top of the toilet. Multiple people waiting well beyond 30 minutes for their food. I have visited in the past and it was never this way. I won't visit this location again.
When you place an online order it gives you a range of when you can pick it up. They NEVER have it ready during that time, today missed it by 25 minutes. But the wings are usually pretty good, so I can accept that. Not today. The wings were dry and overcooked, very little flavor. And they charge so much extra to get all flats I stopped ordering that way. So today I got 15 wings....13 drums. Wasted my money at Wingstop today.
