Placed an order at 11pm & the guy asked me if I was sure I wanted to place an order? Then I get there at 11:15 they didn’t have it ready, couldn’t find my ticket because they were too focused on cleaning. Didn’t put ANY sauce on my mild wings, you guys had an hour to clean & do a small order combo.
Got my food delivered and they didn’t close the box before putting it in the bag so it was leaking. I asked for all flats and they gave me drums and flats. ALL OF THE SODAS WERE FLAT AND WATERED DOWN. Needless to say I’m very dissatisfied
My wings were so dry the mango habanero and the fries were so fried and hard and tbe cheese dip I had to pay for it even tho in other locations I get it in my meal as choice.
I waited until 11am for the restaurant to open, my order was well made and cooked and the customer service was very good, excellent work by the employees.
Placed an online order at 542 pm it’s 632 and I’m just now getting my order. Online order that it would be ready in 16-20min. I can be very understanding that you are busy. I can wait. When I got there I was told 15more minutes. 15 min passed I asked again and was told 5more min. And nothing. When I finally get my order I’m in a rush to leave. I get home open up my food and my fries aren’t seasoned and I didn’t get the large ranch dip I paid for. Again I can understand you are busy. But if you know you’re having customers wait almost an hour for their food least get the order right !
This place is horrible I’ve given this place multiple chances to
Improve and they have only gotten worse. From management trying to argue with me due to missing food , to having place mobile orders for them to be ready and management tell us it all be out shortly only to get it 20 mini later cold and dry, we tried to get at least warm fried and they have us even colder fries . I pay for my food like everyone else The least they can do it make it hot and edible .
Order food for delivery at 5:58 it was supposed to be a 40 minute wait time:fine but I didn’t get my food until 8:30 I had to go pick it up but still paid for delivery no refund for what I paid for that!!! To make it worse my food was sitting there for about 2 hours and I had to take it cold they didn’t even offer to remake it or anything just told me it not our problem called DoorDash and they said the same thing because I ordered it off the wing stop

If you are going to work at a restaurant you need to know how to work under pressure. The workers have no respect they are so unprofessional and don’t know how to work when under pressure. I had placed an order to go and had to wait 30 mins and they did not call out my name. Other families as well had to wait so long and the girl that worked up front did not bother to call out their name. Please for god sakes when someone has an online order call out their name because customers don’t know when it’s ready. Also, please be more professional and respectful with customers I hate seeing workers with an attitude and always have a face like they’re in such a bad mood.
