First off the place was smelling like a bad odor as soon as I walked in I didn’t even know what I wanted to order or just walk out .. Two the employees that was there were very nice not rude at all .. only took ten mins to get my food which isn’t bad at all .. Three I got home to find out my spicy Korean bbq wasn’t in the bag no biggie .. I look at the food and it’s nothing but oily and the fries were super soggy .. the cheese sauce tasted old Im just disappointed cause I want my food quality to be as presentable as the price for it .. I don’t like having to pay 25$ for my food to look like I spend only $5 on it .. this was my first experience ever having Wingstop and it definitely will be my last time ever .. this location I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Only if you get plain tenders only thing that was good with the ranch everything else 0/10
first time ever visiting after letting the crowds die down, and got the Summer of Flavor bundle...all of it was delicious! Will be back!
I see the bad reviews, but I just had lunch here while my car is serviced nearby, and it was EPIC. Atomic wings were actually hot, a rarity for the area, and the fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned too. Place was clean, safe, no odors or what not.
Keep it up, I'd definitely come back and recommend.
Boneless nuggets were excellent. The wings were a little small and dry, not enough sauce. The woman at the register could not have been any more disinterested in helping us. Clearly she had no interest in being there amd let us know it. Not the image you want to represent to be customers like myself. Interesting that there were no task barrels. Had to ask the unhelpful employee and were told to just leave it on table, with aditude. Should add signs about this...
This was my first and last time ever going to a Wingstop it was the worst experience ever had The place stunk like I don't even know what The girl at the register was so rude I didn't even really want to order through her waited about a half hour to get my food they have no soda no garbage cans to throw your garbage away no napkins complete mess very disappointed My kids have been looking really forward to going there and we finally went there and it was the worst experience of our lives we'll never be returning to that location. If there was an option to leave no stars I would but there isn't.!!!!
It was my first time at this Wingstop. It was the most awful experience and the food was Horrible. I spent 18 dollars on a10 piece wingette(not a combo). The manager who was so rude and not interested in the all around performance should have stayed home. Felt like they didn't care about my business and would not ever go again. Owners get on your business so more people can enjoy the good and experience.
Chicken was dry, had little to no taste and the soda was flat. Wingstop is delicious, just not at this location. It’s clear they have a quality control issue that needs to be fixed.
My first time at wing stop was ruined. The cashier was so rude, I was really excited to get good wings, and she was so mean and was super snappy with us. Really disappointed. Did not live up to the hype. To the wing stop manager: be careful who you hire because they could really ruin the wing stop experience for people. I’d rather have gone to Chick-fil-A at that point.
