First time here after driving by si many times we decided to try.
The wings were delicious. Only bad thing is that my wings was not as hot. The flavor was good. We got hot and lemon pepper. We also ordered the fried pickles, not a lot of extra batter and were tasty. The corn was a bit too over cooked but had great taste.
it’s 12/13 at 8:41 pm and the girl working the front counter has the WORST attitude ill never eat here again because of her. if you want to work customer service im sorry sweetheart you need a better attitude yours isn’t going to work.
I just have to let everyone know how the Manager Ramon went out of his way to make things right! We ordered delivery and ended up with someone else's food. I called and spoke with Ramon and he went ahead and remade our food and delivered it himself. He did not have to do that but he wanted to make things right. And we appreciated him going above and beyond for his customers. Wingstop give this man a RAISE!! He is someone you would want as a manager at your store. You can tell he takes pride in his store. Thank you!
I called in for a group pack order kindly asked if she could repeat the order she started having this attitude then when i ask for my total she still had it and was buffing.Positive attitude bring positive results.
Worst wing stop ever. Check out the fries they gave us, we had three orders of fries and they were all just pieces. Not one whole fry in there. Chicken over cooked and hard. Fries are also soggy. Who knows how long my order had been sitting on the shelf. Don’t waste your money here.
I HAD TO EAT COLD FOOD BECAUSE ON THE APP IT WOULDNT LET ME CHANGE THE TIME SO I CALLED IN AND THEY TELL ME THEY CLOSE @11 ON A SATURDAY NIGHT , WHEN IT SAY MIDNIGHT ON THE DOOR N MIDNIGHT ONLINE ,THEY NEED TO DO BETTER .!!
The food is normally good but the service can get better. The people at the front are usually rude speacially when you call they make you wait. And when you get there is empty. They just don't like to answer the phones. I have witnessed it.
I just came and place my to go order, but the place is really nasty, and when I ask for sweet tea they told me they can’t make more because the manager just told them they can just made 1 sweet tea per day. Bad customer experience, but the cashier they don’t have any excuse because they have time to see instead texting in her phones
