dont get me STARTED on the food here. i busted a nut, i squirted, i creamed, all of the above. everything is beyond fresh even the saucy flavors are crunchy. the tenders are so crispy and the chicken on the inside is so fresh and juicy. the flavors are immaculate and its so hot every time, the inside is so clean too!! the music, the vibes, the chairs and tables, even the bathroom is nice. everyone is chill and they know what theyre doing. i drool every time i think abt their voodoo fries. even the regular fries are so crispy and the inside is so soft and potatoey. Its so good 10/10 recommend. It was my first time here, i usually go to the wingstop near me and now ill never eat there. it wont compare to this this made me love wingstop and i used to hate it ????????❤️
If I could give a negative star I would. The customer service here is horrible !! I ordered food for dine, I waited almost a hour and was told I’m sorry we packed to go and we called your name three times. I stated the music is loud and I did not hear my name called. Another girl interjects herself in the conversation and wants to become combative with me. I looked at my food and realized it was not cooking to my liking as I asked for extra extra well done. The staff continued to argue with me then proceed to tell me they would not make my food over or give me a refund because I touched the food. At that point I got loud with the smart mouth cashier and requested a manager. The on shift manager walked up mentioned he had numerous complaints on the girl and then looked at my food and agreed it was not well done. The manager offered to remake my food and the whole time I waited the two girls up front continue to make smart remarks and smirks.
I went to this place and placed an order for original wings and fries. Was told it will be 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked where my order was. She brought it from the back and said oh sorry we were waiting on fries. As soon as I took it to my car opened up the bag to reach in to taste one of those hot fries I had waited on and they were cold. I will never go back to this Wingstop again. Poor poor service and lies. If it was going to take 45 minutes she should have told me when I ordered so that I could choose to go somewhere else. Which is what I will do next time
This was the first time getting wings here. The employees seemed to be bickering over the orders coming from the kitchen at a slow-pace, and arguing back n' forth. The place was filling up pretty quickly though. ...Ordered the Buffalo, and Garlic Parmesan wings with seasoned Cajun fries. The wings were nice and crispy, and flavorful, and the Cajun fries were hand-cut and seasoned well. My new 'go-to' place for wings!
Yesterday KY and his team served me the best wings that I have ever had in my life their professionalism is top-tier and their services is amazing. It’s a great experience. If I can give it 10 stars I would.
Went there last week. Couldn't stop thinking about the excellent service and delicious food! A young lady named Arisa or Ariza helped us out. Very kind, and helpful. She helped us decide on what to order when I asked for her opinion. She was by far the most polite, and helpful person to deal with. I wasn't sure if I was at Dutch Bros or Wings Stop. Her positive vibes made our day. Thank you for the fine service and good food. Wing stop needs to hire more people like her! 5 stars!
Went there for some wings on my lunch break. They messed up my order twice, I was waiting for 20 minutes, While I’m waiting, I see two employee eating in the back while preparing orders. They gave me the wrong wings, I went back and they messed it up again by giving me boneless. of course it was closing time so hopefully I can get my money back tomorrow morning when they open up. I’m done with wingstop from now on NONE of the employees wear gloves or hair nets. A female employee was flicking her hair trying to get it out of her face and continuing on with the food without washing her hands, another One was working the register and the food, touching dirty money and then dealing with the food, dropping the container tops on the floor picked it up and put it on the container without washing it off. Hair was in my corn, yeah I’m good on anything from wingstop.
Service was friendly, nice. I really liked the food, it tastes great, fresh, flavorful. There is a considerable wait time, so order ahead if you don't like to wait. I didn't mind the waiting, the fresh food is definitely worth it.
