Ordered through door dash. When the dasher dropped the food off I only got a bag of fries and a soda - which was wrong. I ordered 2 8 piece combos & a diet Dr Pepper. I tried to call the dasher back to see if he forgot to give me a bag, but he didn’t speak English so I called the store and explained what happened. I decided to just drive there and pick up my missing wings. When I got home this is what I got. 2 orders of 5 wings that look terrible.
Good quality food and the food came out in a reasonable time
I had to downgrade the review It seems like if you order an hour or two before closing you get the leftovers and when I say that instead of getting 10 pieces you get 30 bits of chicken and I ordered two cheese sauce cups with my order both of them filled about 30% each maybe even less..... I genuinely feel like I got ripped off...... To top it all off it was cold when it got delivered... If I order during the day the service is great the food is great the quality is great but for some reason whenever I order near closing it's like that's when all the hacks work at the Torrey Street location
Well to start off they were so behind on orders over 30 people waiting in line at the store. Then I go to place my order and he tells me that I can't order in person I need to order online. When I asked why he walked away. Then took the people behind me order as to what they wanted. The place was a mess they never changed their gloves after touching money and other things. They were throwing fries at one another. I waited over an hour and half for my wings. And they tasted awful there was black pepper on top of the wings added after they had been cooked which was unusual and I mean like a bunch of HUGE flakes of black pepper.
I didn't even eat 1 full wing and tossed them they were absolutely disgusting. They were definitely over cooked, and all these workers have such bad attitudes. They should be wearing name tags so I know who is who honestly. The soda machine has been broken for months now and if you get a combo with a soda your getting an empty cup maybe you can drink the sink water if ur that thirsty. This place should just get shut down.
I’ve been going to Wingstop for a couple years now and I’ll say sometimes it’s OK but not all the time they got my sauces mixed up and they gave me this. I was Shocked when I saw this. After I ended up eating it, I got explosive mega diarrhea it was awful
Big Rob was great!! The service and hospitality was a 10/10. The food was 10x better. I got all flats like I asked and everything was cooked to perfection! Will be coming back!
This restaurant is just awful. It's like they pay them to mess with customers. The black workers there are so rude especially when they notice you're not American like them they would start messing with you like imitating your accent and laughing right in your face. It has happened to me and I had witnessed them doing it to other customers especially the Haitian delivery guys. They take hours before finishing preparing customers orders and when customers loses their patience instead for them to be professional and talk to them nicely they won't. They will say if you can't wait cancel your order which tells that they don't care. I wonder if they have a manager because it seems like they are in charge of the restaurant or something. If they don't change the workers in there, one day something bad is going to happen in that restaurant because of their attitude. One day, they would mess with the wrong customer and things will get messy. They're playing with their future. They think they're cool.
DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT EVEN AFTER ORDERING ONLINE. People were coming in and out after ordering in person??? It seemed like online orders were actually taking longer than in person. It’s ridiculous how long they make you wait. Soda machine is terrible, no ice more than half the time. Will be going to another location, lost my patience with this store.
Terrible experience here. Food was ok, but the soda machine didn’t work. At first it was putting out watered down soda so one of the employees had to reset it and after it turned back on it kept loading for 15 minutes. We got our food by then but the machine still wasn’t working and all the employees kept saying was that it’s an old machine and to give it 5 more minutes so we waited there for 20 more minutes until I finally gave up and was able to get two small bottles of soda in compensation for the six large drinks that I was originally supposed to get. I know it is not the employees fault for the machine not working but I wish they would have been able to give us more of the bottled soda or a refund for the drinks. Soda machine smelt very bad as well like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
