This location did not have much foot traffic, however their online orders we're busy, take that into consideration when reading this review

Hot, fresh, seasoned very well.
-Very enjoyable meal, this location balances the salt on their fries, unlike their Balch Springs location.
(food took 20 minutes to arrive to our table)

-Our cashier Dajenell, was very professional and patient.
Especially with my plus one.
-Very sweet and charismatic.

-Unfortunately our table was covered with remains from eaters.
(i.e. crumbs, sauce smears, liquids)
-The Restroom was okay, slightly messy but nothing revolting.
-The atmosphere of this location is what you'd expect, lively with music and small chatter, unlike some other locations that feel like a funeral with no music.

I've eaten and ordered from this location many times in the past, i don't have much occurring issues with this location, other than some items either missing from past orders or getting someone else's order.
Great location to eat and cross the street to shop, just make sure to double check your bag to ensure all your items are there and correctly.

Today , after shopping ???? at Tom Thumb I decided to order food for pickup at Wingstop across the street . I stayed in my car ???? until was estimated in 20 minutes. When I arrived at Wingstop and showed the two ladies at the front desk greeted me . One was on training, I showed them both at the same time my order confirmation ????????. They acknowledged and pronounced my name correctly. I was headed a cup ???? to get a drink while I waited for my order. I was told just a few more minutes ????. My order should have been ready . I went to the drink station ???? to get myself a 32oz cup o Peak sweet tea . I found a empty table thinking ???? any minute I am going to hear my name called. It was called after a few minutes so I had drunk some of my sweet ???? tea. I got up and gave myself a little refill of sweet tea . I made conversation with a lady around my age sitting with 2 preteen girls . By this time I am getting irritated it's ???? getting later still no food . One of the young ladies came to my table to ask me to fill out a survey online to receive free food . I advised her good no request for a review because I was not in the mood . She gave me a receipt not mine showing which information is needed on the online survey . I asked if the free food could be used today . At different times they both said yes . They mentioned I would roll on dice on the survey if it's an odd number certain food would be available free of charge same for a even number. The survey/ questionnaire asked compelling questions. When done the survey was free regular fries on next order in 14 days ????. The store got busy with people ordering or picking up an order . When I inquired why my order took an hour the young lady training the new employee pointed ???????? towards the kitchen saying sorry ???? it's not us at the front it's the cooks . I walked out after my food was ready and with it being crowded in the store they didn't even noticed I was leaving . I ordered 10 pc combo bone in wings , fries , ranch dip and 32 oz sweet tea .
Doesn't look very appetizing does it? Dont go here. The only thing thats right is the fries but these guys have no consistency. Save your money. Make your own wings and stuff at home. 10/10 Do not recommend
Got there and told not ready yet. Ok, that was fine, only 1 minute past specified time and they said they were working on it. I understand, it gets busy sometimes. What I don't understand is how they could be "working on (preparing) order." Yet, the seasoned corn is so cold it feels like they just took it out of the freezer and the seasoning, what seasoning? I live only 3 miles from there. Got home, took a bite and corn was so cold and tasted like nothing. Called, no answer. Will call back in a bit as I cannot drive up there right now. Very disappointed.
Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. The front worker who takes the orders is always there from the times I’ve been at this location. They always have an attitude and have no self awareness. What a complete waste of time to tell someone their food will be ready in a few minutes and you NEVER call their name. I had to walk up there after 45 min of waiting when my order was set to be complete in 20 min. The worker grabbed my food from the shelf as it had been there for idk how long because the negligent worker didn’t take initiative in calling out my name as they do at every other location I’ve ever been too. There was no apology for the wait and they still had an attitude to top things off.
I ordered a combo online and it was nice and hot when I picked it up. Good flavor and service.
Thurs.07/20/2023-Great service. I had to remind them my online order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5pm. The staff was courteous and understanding about it. My order was perfectly delicious ???? This is a very busy location.
Bad Experience. I called ahead of time to ask about the French fries if they were nice and golden like they advertised and was told they were good in their opinion even though I had just explained to them I just had a bad experience at another location about the same thing,wanted to take my business elsewhere and ended up in the same boat will not be doing business with WingStop anymore they just aren't the same as they were before.
Poor service and unhelpful unless you show in person.
I had place an order online for my lunch but since I noticed I had the wrong location I called right after I wasn’t able to cancel it on the app and when I called they told me they were going to give me a refund but they were going to contact me for the refund but they never did.
After I got off work I called asking for the refund because I never got their call back and the girl that answered me told me that they couldn’t not do refunds because the manager wasn’t there and that they couldn’t do it, that if I wanted to talk to the manager the next day. I decided to come pick up the order since I wasn’t able to get a refund but when I got to this Wingstop location they didn’t have my order and they told me they could do a refund if I wanted, so they made me drive 47min just to give me a refund instead doing it when I called them. I guess manager decided to show up when I got here….. the girl that refunded me was treated me nicely.
