I have a good experience when ordering inside- Atmosphere is pleasant ; they are all happy & kind when taking my order- in fact they all seem to be having fun - seems they enjoy what they do...& that is always a plus...
Regularly takes 20 to 30 minutes longer to prepare an order than stated. Usually a packed waiting room full of people who have been sitting there for more than 20minutes. Very obviously poorly managed.
Wingstop food is always delicious but this locations service was absolutely terrible. Me and my 5 friends ordered and waited over 30 minutes for our food when we were one of the only people there. Then we waited another 20 minutes for our friends forgotten order. Also there was a TV that was blasting in our ears the whole time we couldn’t even hear ourselves speak.
I really like wingstop, yet this time I was let down. I usually always order through door dash, I get the chicken sandwich combo, which I got tonight. I’m very sad and disgusted that my chicken was not all the way cooked, it was chewy and squishy…very gross. I’m now left hungry because the store is now closed, I’d like a refund please or a new combo.
I stopped by at 10pm last night and they didn't take my order for a long time and didn't come out. The food was dry and too salty so I barely ate it.
I have ordered two time from wings stop and in the first my fries were burnt and my wings was uncooked then my second my fries were uncooked and my wings were also uncooked yet it was hot enough to burn the box?
Placed order at 6:20, at 6:40 Store switched order to completed to save their service time it's currently 6:53 Still no food. When asked they said 10 more minutes.(it took 15 more minutes) 55 minutes for my food with an empty store is unacceptable. 7:07 is when I finally get my food I don't like having my time wasted.
Service is terrible here we’ve been waiting for our food forever. She let us know that she put our food in late as she’s sitting there stuffing her face as we’re waiting,very unprofessional and very rude.
