Huge thanks to Alex, the manager at Wingstop, for hosting our Varsity Volleyball ???? team! The service was excellent, food was delicious and the team had a great time. Highly recommend this location!
I stopped in for an early dinner. The staff was polite. The food was good (it’s wing stop). We had two combos (and all four sauces were yummy. We got our food after about 10 minutes.
The lady taking our orders was very rude. She was not patient as my daughter was trying to order. She was not helpful. I felt like leaving, but my daughter was really hungry.
A nice gentleman came to take the orders.
Never ever eating at this establishment again. My daughter’s boneless wings were raw after being reheated the next day. I just talked to the supposed manager and he was very nonchalant. I’m beyond disgusted that this location is blowing off the severity of consuming raw chicken.
Ordered wings from here a few weeks ago. The wings were not good. They appeared to be a little undercooked and the seasoning was weak the taste of slightly undercooked chicken is the main thing you could taste. They were tough and rubbery was not good at all. They were super busy but not so busy where they weren't going to get me sick from eating undercooked chicken. I always used to enjoy their food but this time was awful. Threw over half of the food away it will be a long time if I ever go back there again. It sucked
Not the first nor the second. They are never aware in online order. I always order 3 combos and waiting time would be 20 min and when one gets there they make you wait another 30min more for you order.
I know this review will change nothing, but it is therapeutic to write. I waited 45 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready, and then I had no seasoning on my fries. So glad there is a wingstop in McKinney and I never have to come to this location again <3
Soda machine out of most flavors, they never picked up phone to place an order had to go inside, nit a big deal. Asked about specific items on the menu, the staff was clueless! They have their music blaring from the kitchen area, not favorable for all!!!
