Best WLM Reviews
Some of the worst service I have ever received. My wings came out with white blotches and one was full of feathers, also there was minimal sauce. I called the cashier to let him know I was bringing it back. By the time we got there he was gone and the new person was refusing to honor what he advised. After back and forth and a ton of attitude they finally agreed to remake it. The re-made order, cold soggy fries, minimal sauce. Due to the attitude and cursing from the staff we decided it wasn’t worth going back.
First time I came here and this is my family’s 2nd time and the food was excellent. Went above and beyond!!!
Ordered on a Wednesday at 7pm
Order quoted 16-21 minutes, was nearby so got there at 7:10.
Food was ready and hot.
All food and sauces were correct and delicious.
**NOTE - the fries are supposed to be softer (“undercooked” as some reviews claim) with a hint of sweetness.
Yummy Yummy ????
Wingstop on Preston n Alma I Dallas always makes me happy!!! From the time you enter the door, the customer service is superb, and the wings and fries are on point!!
Thanks for exciting my taste buds!!
1st experience was superb with Wingstop. Wide varieties of delicious wings, yummy. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Recommended place to experience the taste.
Bedi helped me tremendously. There was a slight system issue but I called explained the situation with prooof of purchase And she was more than happy to rectify my order. The wings were fresh And amazing the staff at that location is great. Thank you wing stop.
Our wings were so delicious and hot but our wait time was very long. IDK why it took so long but the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Giving this location 4 stars only because the food was fresh and hot and the staff was really friendly. We will definitely be back to give them a second chance
I love this Wingstop!! I agave been satisfied with each visit wether I pick up or dine in. Service is always fast and friendly. Food is always made to order so it's piping hot especially when you dine in. They have a great drink selection and the establishment is always clean. Keep up the great work!!
