Whoever own this location need to hire people that are professional in dealing with the public. When you call they don't answer. I ordered online they got my order wrong. Trying to call in but the unprofessional cashier will not answer the phone. I guess Wingstop is hiring anyone nowadays. These current employees are not good for the public. It doesn't surprise me, that I see their door and glass busted out. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be back. Those employees should be & must be retrained on how to be courteous with the public. The cashier do not answer the phone. But when you go to the store. They are at front counter joking, playing & running their mouth about nothing. They don't need a job we're they are cooking food for the public. Because they be are unprofessional behavior will bring, unwanted cost to the restaurant owner.
This is by far my Winstop in Missouri… from Kansas City to Jeff City. Even in my city… this one has always been the most welcoming atmosphere and vibes. The food is consistently delicious from start to finish. Highly recommended from the pickiest of them all! ????????
All time, worst Wing Stop you could visit. I mean honestly, if they made rewards for worst service, horrible quality and nasty surroundings, this Wing Stop would win every year like it's a sport. I've never met people so rude, and disrespectful. Wearing a ski mask on the top of your head? Buddy its 10PM and 80° outside and inside the restaurant. Other than that, just make that drive to the West Florissant Wing Stop, it's not any better, but it's definitely better than this one. Also, the parking is dog water, get some better lighting back there.
My food was hot and it was done on time. I ordered my meal online. I got my order, a young lady said thank you and I returned said thank you. It was pleasant.
Everything was good. It came out as $18 and some change. Got the 20 piece boneless chicken. Lemon pepper (didn’t like it as much), garlic parmesan, Bbq and original hot.
I thought that they lemon pepper sauce was way too dry it was making me cough so yeah it was too crispy for me I feel like they fired was a little bit soggy I didn't like it
I tried to call several locations, no one answered the phone at any of the different locations. Can I ask what is going on? No one can place orders?
Y'all know they're always busy and backup in at this location, but I had a nice wait for a 40pc DD and Nevaeh was so professional!(Even with upset customers)!! Great job frfr-hire more young ppl like her please
If there were a option for 0 stars I would go lower I used uber eats and 3 different people had to take my order only for the driver to tell me it's still not ready eventually wing stop canceled it
