I ordered a fairy big order. The young men especially the short young man with dreads handled my baby girl and I with so care and patience. All 4 of those men on tonight's shift were amazing. They all worked as a TEAM!!! TONIGHT 12/12/24. IM VERY SATISFIED AND WILL BE RETURNING!!!
Opinion:
Subpar Wingstop. There are better Wingstop locations to go to.
Explanation:
My fries were bland and barely seasoned. My "Louisiana Rub" chicken sandwich either had a stale bottom bun or they toasted it too long, making it hard. The chicken itself was rather dry and they barely added the normal quantity of pickles. They accidentally gave me blue cheese instead of ranch dressing, but they corrected that without issue.
The service itself was decent. They were polite, respectful, checked up on how our meal was going, didn't have a problem providing extra services when requested, and had an overall energy that was somewhat pleasant.
Lastly, the atmosphere was dull & uncomfortable. The dining tables were located toward the back of the restaurant, which eliminated any exposure to natural light and blocked off all window access. This created a space that felt obscured, hidden, and cramped. Compared to the two other Wingstops I've dined in, this one had the worst interior, space, and layout.
In conclusion, when it comes to Wingstops, there are better locations to go to.
Terrible experience. Ordered online and gave my name when I arrived. I was told my order wasn't ready. I waited an hour and then was given my food that had been sitting there for an hour. The manager (Unique (sp)) refused to do anything to ready the situation, just stating that refunds could be done through corporate tomorrow.
*update* Wingstop did process a refund for my food the next day.
On a Saturday night, I ordered one large five-piece garlic parmesan tenders, which were well-seasoned, crisp, and tasty. I had a side of celery with my blue cheese, which was delicious. I then ordered a ten-piece wing combo with fries. I got 1⁄2 hickory bbq that was beautifully seasoned but could have been cooked longer. The lemon herb remix, on the other hand, was fantastic. The fries were very well-seasoned. I had a sweet tea with just the right amount of sweetness and ice. However, my delivery lacked napkins & my sprite was sour and effervescent, but I was able to replace it in-store; the service was fantastic, and the personnel was friendly.
Great wings and fries. The manager was nice but the dude at the register got my order wrong twice and caught an attitude with me. Bars on windows makes me not want to dine in.
I ordered the honey hot rub. It was swimming in liquid that taste greasy didn't eat. The classic BBQ was awful burnt dry couldn't eat. The fries were cold and barely season. Just horrible. Tighten up
The young lady at the register made a mistake and rung me up for an item that I didn’t ask for but the back office of the house immediately made up for it. The young man’s and the lady offered me extra wings so I thought that was really awesome and the wings were so bomb. Me and my wife loved them. Will be back asap
Good service. Being it was my first time, I had expected more considering I had heard much praise about. My experience was ok! I’m sure there are plenty of other wings places out there that offer more for the money. Best flavor is atomic. Hands down.
