This place is the busiest and has the tastiest food, though the wait time can be a bit long. Trust me, it's worth it. The best way to get your food on time is to order online and pick it up after 20 minutes or just DoorDash it! If you're considering dining in, I wouldn't recommend it due to the wait time.
I used to love Wingstop! However, my last 3 visits have been less than ideal. Once I got the buffalo bone in wings, the bottom of the box was full of grease. I don’t understand how this could happen. The next time, I try to call my order in so it will be ready when I arrive, the girl on the phone had a horrible attitude saying “you know we not gone start on it till you get here, right? So you mine as well order the app” I said um, okay then. For her to say “you must never ordered Togo before” very rude and unnecessary. Then last night the guy taking my order asked me why I’m there ordered when I could’ve gotten food from anywhere. I don’t know why they talk to customers the way they do but it’s quite frustrating.
This Wingstop disappoints me every time. Either the fries are nasty or the wings are. Today, it was both! My husband asked them to remake the fries, and they were still nasty. If the quality of the food was good the first time, we wouldn’t have asked for a remake. This food is too costly for someone to get upset about a remake. Just disappointing… SMH
We ordered a meal for two and waited 40 minutes to get it!! This place was FILTHY and I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down by the health department! No customer service and the food isn’t worth the time, especially with how dirty it is in there. I would be worried about getting sick ????
I ordered all flat and seasoned fries through Ubereats, they sent cold wings which was not all flat and old cold fries and just ruin my whole day
Had been seeing some good reviews so I thought I'd try this location this time and I was not disappointed. Got the Louisiana rub wings and Buffalo ranch fries. Everything came out fresh and was delicious. Will be using this location from here on out.
I've tasted a lot of wings in the area and Wingstop is the best so far. I tried the Atomic flavor and My God!
The food was great, but the service was terrible my last visit. I placed an order online only for them to close early and not give me my food that they claim they had made when I got there because they closed earlier than advertised. I had to make three trips to the store before the issue was resolved, and didn't receive an apology for wasted time or gas.
