My friend and his daughter and my son and I stopped by for a bite to eat. Our server Sierra was so nice, and we were very happy with her customer service. Chicken tenders and fries delicious!! Definitely will be back????????
the cashier was beyond rude. we were trying to order and the entire time she was rolling her eyes and sighing, was not welcoming. I’ve been here several times and I’ve never been spoken down to as I was today by our server. She was a younger girl about my age and Coming from someone who works in customer service I would never treat my customers in the way she did. That alone makes me never want to come back to this location.
Not sure why this Wingstop is so poorly rated. This is the best Wingstop on Long Island! This isn’t even my closest Wingstop nearby but I still order from it because the other ones literally suck!!! I pretty much order every day for delivery for lunch. These people are GREAT!!! Give them raises! Answer my calls for everything too!
All the reviews from the last week have been faked by the management. I warn anyone that wants to go here for food I have had nothing but bad experiences. This place is super slow and the employees will sit and stare at you for 10-15 minutes before taking your order even if there is not a single person in there. They are extremely rude if you ask for their attention, or an order with instructions, or need a container of sauce. I have gone here about 5 times as I live close by and never seem to be able to get good service from this location. Be warned and avoid at all costs.
Alexander was an extremely great help! Made me feel at home and even engaged in conversation which made those 15-20 minutes feel like 2!! I travel all throughout the country and he by far was one of the kindest people I’ve spoken too!!!
I left a review once before somehow it was removed but all these recent reviews have been false I have been here once in the last week and it’s the same problems that it has always been. Employees are slow and rude. A guy named Alex took my order and he was sitting there talking to his friends while we had three people waiting on line and no orders being made before us. I was reached out to by manager of the place where he asked to call me about addressing the issues and then never seemed to follow back up with me come the time to talk. This location is horrible and I would avoid it at all costs.
I went here to get my go to order of mango habanero wings ????. My server Alex was very polite and was very attentive when it came to serving me. Very respectful worker and delicious food! I would definitely recommend!!
Food was cooked well.
It's afast food chain there's not much service to expect
