Best WLM Reviews
I guess today was not a good day for wings and fries.
I like supporting business and usually don't share the pictures or experiences if they are not good but this time I think is necessary to share so hopefully this business improves their quality control, keep tables and floors clean, tolerable water temperature on the women's restrooms, fries that are actually fried.
We ordered online to eat at the restaurant.
Got there, and our order wasn't ready (ppl who went there and ordered after we got there got their orders first)
Restrooms: My wife and 6yo went to wash their hands just to find out water was boiling hot! With soap on their hands already they waited a little in the restroom giving enough time to hopefully get some cooler water to be able to wash the soap off well water was still very hot to the point that they had to take the soap off their hands with toilet paper.
My wife shared what have happened with the lady who looked like the manager, and she replied there is one cold and one hot, my wife explained how they waited hoping to get cooler water and she just said ok I'll check later.
On her way to the counter, my wife slipped and almost fell (floor was very dirty and some areas were wet not mopping wet but dirty from traffic wet, the lady manager saw her and just smiled.
Our fries were not cooked, I brought them to the counter, and they said they would replace them - they did but with new uncooked fries.
We like their wings but also like to be able to enjoy our visit and eat regular cooked fries.
Decided to ignore the negative reviews and try this place anyway. Glad we did. Went to eat there around 5:30 so probably beat the dinner rush, ordered at the counter and food came out in about 20 min. We even got our wings well done so they had to cook them longer than usual. Everything was freshly made and piping hot. Fries were only OK, they had a sweet taste that I didn't mind but my wife thought it was weird. I eat my fries with ketchup so expect them to be sweet anyway. We would go again, typically we have to drive pretty far for Buffalo Wild Wings so it is nice to have Wingstop so close to home.
I’ve been to this location twice. My kids 10 & 11 love their boneless wings and ranch. I had to write a review because I have visited other locations, and they are gross, and the servers have bad attitudes, and poor manners. But NOT here ! Sanitation rating 99. Our host Justin was super sweet, and friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back !
Wings were to have flavor. Delivered plain as if flavor was poured on the bottom of the container. Delivery was extremely late. Attempted calling (again & again) but call never connected as if they turned the phones off to not receive calls. Gonna call again on the next day to speak with manager. Digusted by service and food quality.

Figured I'd try and ignore the rating and give them a shot. Sooo glad I did. The food was hot and tasted delicious. Came pretty quickly as well. Definitely recommend the voodoo fries! They were awesome.
My son is a huge Wingstop fan so he was super excited to see we were getting on close to home. After visiting this location for the first time, we were less than impressed.
We ordered online so everything was ready when we got there to pick up. The issue is everything was drowned in oil. We ordered the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings and boneless wings (#nuggets).
I made the deadly mistake of tipping the bag over putting it in the car. I ended up with an oil spill in my backseat.
Once we took the food out, the fries were half cooked and burnt at the same time, and you couldn't distinguish between the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, it all tasted like grease.
The chicken itself was cooked well, with a nice crunch on the boneless wings ad crispy skin on the traditional wings. That, plus the staff was courtesy and helpful, is what kept this from being a 1-star rating.
11/30/24 I decided to try this place despite the bad reviews. I got there around noon and ordered just wings as I normally would at any Wingstop. My order took around 21 minutes which is a little longer wait than other Wingstops I've been to. There were 4 orders before mine but I can't say how long they waited. My only complaint is that I saw a woman touch uncooked fries with her bare hands. That said, the wings were good, and I will return.
This Wing Stop like most chain restaurants has its good days and bad days. Ordering takeout here on the weekends will always be over an hour wait. It’s clear by watching the kitchen work that they have no leadership or supervisor to take charge during rush hours to properly ensure orders go out in a timely manor. The boneless wings and sides can be hit or miss here depending on the day but the traditional wings are always good.
