Great place to get FOOD POISONING!! Seriously they put more E. Coli on their wings than sauce.
I ordered two chicken sandwiches in the app for pickup, which said it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. I arrived at the location once the 20 minutes was over. My husband went in to wait while I stayed in the car. He ended up waiting for 40-minutes for pick-up that never came, so I went in and waited for an additional 20+ minutes. My husband and I both experienced terrible customer service from the workers. They were dismissive and avoidant of customers waiting for their orders and would pretend to be busy. I had to ask multiple times if my order was even in the process of being made, which the worker would just walk away and ignore me. Eventually, one of the workers communicated with me and had to re-print my order because they lost it or never printed it in the first place. In total, I had to wait over one-hour for my order. This location is immensley unorganized and no clear indication of management
I couldn't find many photos how the inner side looked therefore I took some pictures ????. It is a small place with about 5 small tables for 4. The workers were kind to us. During our brief wait after ordering for about 15 mins, there were many people coming to pick up their online orders, some ordered and waited like us and three tables were eating as we waited. I was watching how they prepare, and one lady didn't have gloves and touched the carrots and celery. But the guy placing my order was very careful to wrap the paper without touching the food. Extra water made the paper bag soft but he was careful to warn us about it. Food was delicious especially the hot sauces I loved. Many thanks ???????? the fries looked oily and we ordered corn instead.
Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because if Rob was there 24/7 this would not happen Rob is the best and our food always comes out hot and fresh every time we order with rob anybody else gives us cold food or we are always missing something out our order and everybody knows Wingstop to expensive to be missing anything out of an order. The photo below was when rob wasn’t there but any other time our food is spot on
I watched the manager act unprofessionally when he lashed out and screamed at a customer who just asked how much longer for their food. I usually have patience for fast food workers but this “manager” crossed a line. After seeing this I asked for a refund on my order but they said I have to cancel it myself online which turns out to be inaccurate. I now have to dispute with my bank. I will never come back
Poor service. I ordered one large fry and a ranch. 30 mins later still waiting. All orders after mine were put in and everyone received their order. I finally asked about my order. Nobody could find it. I ended up ordering and receiving a refund.
Service here is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered my food online, which was just a regular fry mind you, waited 40 min before I went to get it and now I've been in the restaurant for another 40 min. No one has offered me are the 10 others that have the same story, a beverage for our wait are ANYTHING. the young lady bagging the food just put it on the rack without checking to see if the person is present. This isn't the first time. I've left here before without getting my food it took so long and didn't get my money back because I was told I had to go online to apply for my refund. I was so aggrevated I said forget it. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
A year ago, this place was great. Easy 5 on all marks. Now it's a 50/50 as to your experience. You're either getting great food and it goes ok or you show up at your pickup time, wait an hour, get the wrong order and no one helps or gives you attitude for asking questions. Not sure what changed but miss what they used to be.
