UPDATE:
I went by there today to speak to the manager about my refund. Marabee was awesome and took care of it immediately and nicely apologized
I ordered online waited over an hour. Called, was told dash door picked it up 25 minutes ago. I said I didn't order through them. They told me to call door dash. I said how? I don't know who to call. Guy said let me put you on hold for 20 minutes and call them. WHAT!? He finally came back on with me and said I canceled my order I said no. He said oh door dash canceled it because they picked up the wrong order. I said so no one was going to tell me that? He said well, you'd see the refund on your bank account. Seriously!?
BTW. I STILL haven't gotten my refund!!!!
Great place to get wings in the DFW metroplex . Love their sauces and the seasonings on their fries and cobs of corn. The royse city location has nice teenagers working here. The only downside is a small place to dine - recommend ordering pickup and eating it at home !
Once again, wingstop can’t even get a simple order correct. This place is a joke
My wings were just full of grease. Original hot didn’t taste like original hot just full on grease. The bag was full of grease and it went everywhere on the container and the ranch. I know yall can do better bc this never happened before.
Service was great and fast. Food was accurate. Satisfied with my experience.
It's mainly the service is the issue here. 60% of the time the 30-45 estimated time is the time your food comes into the system with a 45 minutes wait on top. Fries are always soggy aswell
FYI I put in for a time to pick of 715pm and it's 8pm now.
This place has gone bad. I placed an order they told me 45 mins. I understand due to the high volume of orders since it’s a Thursday night football game.
Once 45 mins hits went to pick up and told me that it’s gonna take another 45 mins…….
No one has offered even though they forgot my order or lost it somehow to make it for me less than 10-15 mins but willing to let me just walk.
I’m sure this ain’t gonna go anywhere.
So advice to corp or owner of this store. Coach them out and find better reliable people bc this crew just ain’t it.
If i could rate A 0 star i WOULD the wings are always under cooked and slimey and the fries are always hard and over cooked, and then there's NEVER enough seasoning so just slimey tasteless wings
