It's not a good experience. They do veterans discounts, but they would not honor my husband's for me (even with his ID and mine). Not even if we face time him. So (I didn't have to), but I went back home to get him to show her (manager). I was not lying. That is what she was acting like. There was a tall man working in the kitchen that was polite (if he's not management, maybe he should be instead of her), but I asked what her name was and he said they can't give out names, we'll duh you have names on your receipts but you can't give management's name. Stupid. The wings were good, but the employees needed more training from someone decent. Will not go back. As you can see on the ticket they are expensive.
Wings has been cook they cook slots and just leave the on the fryer, because I was able to see it, just look a this wings they make me want to vomit, let along a pay $19 for 8 wings fries and drink.
Please do you a favor don’t came to this horrible place, this is the worst wing stop I ever been. Please don’t just take my work look at the pictures and the other reviews.
Worst Wingstop ever. I asked for bbq sauce and this is what I got. Per management, this is evenly sauced and when ordering you have to say you want your wings wet. I didn’t even need a napkin to eat the ones I ate (3pcs) and the paper the wings are on don’t have sauce on it either. I’ve been coming to this Wingstop since they first opened and have never had to say I want my wings wet. I must say these last couple of years the quality of food has gotten worse. This is my first time eating there in about 4 months and now I know why. They won’t get another ???? from me.????????????
sorry guys this time you just over did it. went in placed my order two online orders went out before i could get mine.
so i ordered the sandwich combo i told the young lady i wanted the classic or original chicken sandwich. no pickles and told with regular fries.
what i got was the red chicken sandwich and fries with parmesan cheese. took a bite out of the chicken sandwich i didnt order that thing was loaded with SALT. NOT HEALTHY FOR PEOPLE WITH HYPERTENSION
I did not eat the sandwich i did not return it and asked for another one because everyone knows what happens when you dod that. best thing will be is just not to go there anymore. see pictures
We ordered for delivery through Wingstop. The food was sealed but the drinks (supposed to be 2) was not in a sealed container. The driver only gave us 1 of 2 drinks. He told us Wingstop only gave him 1 drink. My wife called the store and the Wingstop employee said he provided the food for our order and he said he gave the driver 2 drinks. Apparently the A$$hole driver drank my wife’s root beer. If you seal the food to prevent tampering, why would Wingstop not put drinks in a sealed carrier?? We order from other restaurants and they seal the drink carrier (usually 2 drinks in a sealed plastic bag.
Listen up Wingstop! This ultimately reflects on you even though you are using one of the delivery services to complete the sale. If you can’t secure drinks like your wings, maybe don’t offer drinks for delivery. Frustrating.
We are regular customers of wing stop in various locations. This location has a very small lobby, with only a few tables to sit at. It's more of a take out location than dine in. Still, though, it's up to the standard you expect from Wing Stop.
Why do I see Uber delivery couriers pouring drinks for customers? They don't have medical clearance. Their hands are dirty. I'm thinking of reporting this to the inspectorate.
The North Hollywood location food is waaaay too salty. We couldn’t finish our meal and had to throw it away.
