I keep trying thinking the service will be better and it gets worse. I ordered food two hours ago, and it’s still not ready. You can not reach a live person and ver when you try to call the store. When I do receive my food, it is ALWAYS cold! This is ridiculous! I will not be ordering from them ever again.
Either raw food or completely haphazardly put together boxes cause half of my boxes of chicken was fryer grease, seasoning and half cold/uncooked chicken. Took me some photos of when I received and such, let’s hope I don’t get salmonella poisoning and end up owning a sub par chicken store smh.
They literally have a mop bucket in the middle of the dinning room. This is outrageous never coming back to this again. Somebody also is eating the fries in the back
everytime i order wingstop i end up having to cancel or its late because how long they take i once waited almost 2 hours and has to cancel. how is it that bad. and when i go in its unprofessional, loud, and ghetto
It's crowded but they kept it right. The chicken was cooked fresh and timing was awesome. I tipped them all a Lil something just so they would know I appreciate them. Blessings bros. You all did that.8/10/24
Orders are on the shelf not being called. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for an order and then get attitude by who I think is the manager. He rolled his eyes when I asked him to speak up. I called out orders I could hear. Super crowded. Oh then I kept being ignored. Treat your delivery partners better.
I have to start off saying this has absolutely nothing to do with WingStop as a whole because I love them and will be returning just not to this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue at this location and the first thing they say is are you sure you are at the correct location? Yes I am would you like to see my confirmation email. This would mean I paid for my order correct! Well we don’t have your order and the manager comes and says are you sure you’re at the right location again telling him yes and showing him my email then the charge on my bank account. He proceeds to say we didn’t charge you it’s pending. I said yeah that’s how it works. His attitude was very dismissive and rude. Then he walks away as if it was nothing he could do about it. That is very disheartening we are living in a time where you don’t what type of day a person is having and to have encounter a person like such is disgusting.
Picked up an order and it's missing an item. I originally gave them 2 stars, but downgrading to 1 because when I called them they said they would refund my card for the missing item but they never did.
Edit after Wingstops response....... When I called back and talked to the Manager, he confirmed me he had my order because of my phone number and it would be rectified. I'm not upset about a missed order, it happens. I'm upset that after I made management aware nothing happened. You basically stole my money. I will live, but I can guarantee you that I will never visit another wingstop ever.
