Good food always, but this is the second time I’ve ordered and they left food out. We live 30 minutes away, and it sucks to get all the way home and have a large part of your order not there. We tried calling as well and no one will answer for a refund. It would usually be no problem, but it’s a bit ridiculous.

I Realized why they never answer the Phones.
There are no Phones,They have either been Disconnected or taken off the receiver to prevent incoming Calls.
I finally Get to the store after half an hour of calling and Low and Behold to my Surprise. absolutely No one on the store phone and Instead Everyone on their own phone.
This Place is A Joke and they complain of Lack Of Business.
The service was very good ! My wings were very good and had fresh fries. A few months ago I was very upset because they would never answer the phone, today they told me the phone weren’t working for months! But I enjoy this Wingstop very much !
Great food, great wings, great flavors! They even have a cool fountain drink machine with a billion mix and match flavors. Service was friendly too and the food was great, we did take out and service was fast as well. Good place overall, definitely would recommend!
Hey Rodney Norman please respond to me I’m very disappointed in Wingstop. I don’t know who Bryan Selden hired to run his Palestine Tx location but it’s a joke. I have been calling for hours trying to order food no answer are yall even open. Then there are times they close early or have the doors locked and it’s only 8pm thought yall stayed opened till midnight. I will not recommend anyone to ever eat at this location until we see changes and I hope it happens fast. Your company is losing out on money and it’s ridiculous.
Palestine Wing Stop used to be amazing- like 3 years ago. Today, I tried to call ahead to place an order. Let the phone ring 90 seconds- no response. I just decided to drive across town and call along the way as I went. I placed another 4 calls, no one answered. When I arrived, the clerk took my order asap, but there were five cooks staring at a ball game on a monitor or something and didn’t move for at least 3-4 minutes after I placed my order. I’m okay with raising prices and everything, but not for sucky service like tonight. In my line of work, if our staff doesn’t answer the phone, we lose the sale and it goes to our competitors. My advice is pay the right people enough so they care about their work and the customer. Otherwise people will find other places to spend their money
Don't place an order to go. They will leave half your order out and no one will answer the phone.
The food is good, but not happy with dinning in. My husband and I like to dine in every now and again but don’t like the fact every time we come in the employees have their kids there. This time they were running around like it was a play gym and could barely have a conversation because they were running by our table playing tag and screaming. I understand some people don’t have help but have control over your kids if you’re gonna bring them to your job.
