Best WLM Reviews
Very fragrant and with a variety of flavors of fried chicken wings ???? The skin-on strips are thinner and fried more crispy。There are several large screens in the store showing sports events, and the atmosphere is pretty good.
This is one of the grosses places I have ever order food from. At least on the night shift today 12/13/24 the same people that are cooking the food are the same ones clearing tables and touching people eaten food. Is so gross. I watched a cook kneel down on the dirty floor then proceed to wipe his hands on his knees then touch food. No gloves were worn at all. My order was wrong. The people were friendly. I will give them that and they took my order right away.
Fresh, crispy, tasty wings and the most immaculate store I've ever visited... Well done Manager Pete and staff! Fries were hot and delicious and who doesn't like freshly cut/fried, skin on potatos! I couldn't decide which wings so I ordered 1/2 hickory smoked BBQ and 1/2 lemon pepper... Both excellent but the lemon pepper was a bit salty, ordering just 4 was the perfect amount! Fresh, piping hot wings take time to cook so be patient! Highly recommended!
I ordered 15 chicken wings combo to go. Just Got home, Open it and they were all chicken drums. No chicken wings at all. My God. I will never order anything from this place again.
June 12 I placed an order and my order was super greasy it was disgusting, so I called and the said they put me in a “book” and I could go back and get my order remade well I call today and spoke to LISA who was no help at all and claims I already picked up that order when I have never came back to this restaurant. She was very rude and was not helpful what so ever! I am a manager myself and our priority is customer service and our customers come first! To her customers are not! I was not trying to get free food I was trying to get the food that was made bad with all that oil! I will never visit this place again! And you need to reconsider your management because someone else has said before she’s rude!
First timer here. Had to use DoorDash to order from ThighStop. We didn't account for that and were gifted with a 35 minute wait. We ordered the 15 piece meal. 5 of each: hot, garlic parmesean, and Hawaiian. They were okay. The cajun fries were flavorful, not just salty. The restaurant wasn't too busy and the staff kept it clean, wiping tables after guests left.
This location has lacked consistency in the last year. Some days when I go in, my fries are really soft and not very seasoned but on other days they are overcooked and crunchy with way too much seasoning. I usually never have a problem with the wings but today I ordered the hawaiian wings and they were a completely different color, and the taste was off. They had a hint of the usual hawaiian taste but it’s almost like they used the wrong seasonings. My friend also had a problem with their wings, which tasted different than usual.
I've been a few times to make sure I wasn't wrong but the wings are always a bit soggy even if you ask for them crispy and majority of the fries are always burnt. Not much flavor for the fries I always have to add salt. Reading the good reviews here and they all look staged? Of the pics look professional don't trust it lol
