This wing stop is good compared to the others nearby. Trying a new location was even difficult because of the past experiences. The food itself is good at this location and the place is kept pretty clean. The staff is okay, I have seen staff walk in and out of the establishment and constantly be off task while orders are in, and have waited over 10 minutes at the counter for a staff member to take the order. My food usually takes around 15-20 minutes which is a while considering this is chicken wings and is more of a fast food type restaurant. The price is good for the food you receive and what comes with the meal. Overall, i have and will come back to this restaurant and have had a satisfactory experience.
The oil tasted bad on these wings like they haven't changed it for days. Messed up the entire flavor.
They don't answer the phone. Just a horrid experience.
Let me first start by saying "I placed an online" to be picked up at Wingstop Deerfield Beach
3656 W Hillsboro Blvd Ste A, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 which was not complicated at all; meaning it's was their if they needed to revert back to, to make sure things wouldn't go wrong I must add this location is run completely by immature dirty

Well, I get there to pick up my order and it was completely WRONG the wings was NOT extra well done as requested, I was supposed to have all drums in one order which was not , I was supposed to have lemon pepper and it was plain . I requested that the order was recooked , once my order was done it was still wrong after paying extra for all drums , management advised me that he couldn't find my online receipt to show proof of purchase for all drums . I showed him my online order, just to be told he needs the actual order (which is what I was showing). Meanwhile, I'm waiting on my food three employees go outside playing, talking & smoking once they are finished they come back inside and don't wash their hands and go back to handling food (thank God the young lady that was cooking my food stayed inside cooking). After waiting about 45min. my order was still wrong , this location was very dirty , unprofessional, they were not answering the phone, rude & disrespectful. Once I'm about to leave I speak to the manager to express my concerns about what I observed ....his jaws drop and didn't even apologize for his staff behavior or not washing hands. I left very disappointed!!! I'll never go back to this location again period.

My recent visit to Wingstop was a complete letdown from start to finish. To begin with, the wait time was outrageous; I ended up waiting nearly an hour just to get my order, which is completely unacceptable for a supposed fast-food joint. When I finally received my food, I was dismayed to find that the wings were incredibly small—more like wing nuggets than proper wings. The portion size was laughable considering the price.
On top of that, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The dining area was filthy, with tables left uncleared and sticky floors. However, the worst part was the washroom—it was hands down the dirtiest washroom I've ever had the displeasure of using. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks; there was grime everywhere, overflowing trash bins, and a lingering smell that made my stomach turn.
Overall, my experience at Wingstop was beyond disappointing. Between the excessive wait time, minuscule wings, and horrendous cleanliness standards, I have no intention of returning and would strongly advise others to steer clear as well.
I just had the best time at Wingstop in Deerfield Beach! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Those chicken wings? Absolute fire! Can’t wait to go back for another round. ????????
Ordered for delivery. Food delivered without condiments. Had to drive there to get it as it’s part of the meal. Staff not friendly. Besides being cold when i got back, fries and wings tasted funny and blue cheese had a weird taste. My drink was wrong flavor and the brownie was squashed and bag was greasy. Threw out everything and will never order from there again!
Don't bother calling, they never answer. Orders take 30-40 minutes longer than expected. It's a miracle if you get your order and it is ACTUALLY correct. Management clearly doesn't care or they wouldn't have this many 1* reviews
Walked in. Took 10 min to take my order. Took almost hour to get to us. French fries were CAKED with salt and uneatable that way. Boneless chicken was ok but lots of breading and small pcs. Will not come here again.
