Chicken was undercooked and unsafe to eat. I had to throw away a $50 order and DoorDash only credited $5.00. Willing to give it another chance and maybe change the review if I get a credit.
This location has the worst fries! I’ve ordered several times and their fries are never crispy and are slightly uncooked!! I even asked them for well done fries and I get the same outcome.
I wish I could give them a 5 but giving 4 just because they are not consistent in what they provide. Wingstop is one of our favorite to enjoy our Friday night with a movie. We always go with a Combo wings which includes Cajun Classic wing, Lemon and Pepper Boneless wings , Cajun fries, lemon pepper fries and a coke.
This is the usual order we have been ordering every time. There is one thing that everyone needs to know before you order. If the person who is preparing your order is in a good mood then it’s a lucky day for you but if your order falls with the person who is on a bad mood then it’s a bad luck for you.
Yes. Almost everytime we get a very good one with a very good amount of sauce and good chicken wings. But occasionally we get very hard wings or blackened fries or very less sautéed wings. So those days we always regret for ordering.
It would be good if the management can take steps in providing a good one every time. If not your might start losing the customers.
Apart from that there is very big parking lot in front of Wingstop as it is located inside a complex and also the guys in store are friendly and good.
Came here around 3:30pm Friday (04/5) and it wasn’t busy at all! The food was good and the employees were doing their own thing as it was slow. Great place if you’re bilingual and struggle with English as it appears every employee spoke Spanish. They serve fast food fast so don’t expect an out of this world dining experience…it’s a wingstop. Food wasn’t hot but I don’t like to get burnt anyway so fyi if you want “fresh hot”
Need to fix there online wait times, ordered 20 minutes before I got there the wait was 15-21 minutes. And I sat there an hour n they still didn’t even see my order. It was busy which I get, also managers don’t do anything n ignore the customers at the desk and have two young guys running the entire floor. Very unprofessional but the two young guys were nice and helped me cancel my order and get a refund. And you also have DoorDash workers shoving you to cut in line to shove their phones in the workers face. Maybe disable DoorDash for a little bit and prioritize the people who actually order either online or in person. Everytime I go to this location it’s an issue. And the bigger white lady is screaming at the young guys up front to “ answer the phone “ as if there is not 30 people in the lobby.
After online ordering, I showed up 30 minutes later to pick up my food. The manager asked me my name, and then checked to see if it was ready and he said it wasn't. Meanwhile, more customers came in and were waiting for their food. All at this time there were like 5 or people in the kitchen, the manager up front basically just asking peoples names and meanwhile there was no ice and the coke wasn't working. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting I asked him to check on my order which he gave to me. The bag felt cold, and I asked him long was this waiting for. I opened the bag and everything felt cold inside. The food was ready 20 minutes prior but he just didn't give it to me. There is a problem with this restaurant. There are too many people "working" the manager is not efficiently delagating tasks, and I think maybe some common sense is missing as well.
We placed a pick up order for 4 people. It said it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. 50 minutes later they finally admitted they had lost the ticket. The manager took a picture of my email on my phone with the order details. In 5 minutes later the order was ready. The manager without apologizing or offering any refund or added items, said “we lost the ticket”. That was that. They have lost our business.
I didn’t consider myself a wing fan until I tried wingstop. It’s soo good! Their Korean bbq sauce is to die for!! However I did find the honey barbecue sauce to be a little too thick and salty. So excited to try out more flavors soon.
