Our first visit to Wing Stop in Arvada was very positive!
The space was clean, and the staff was actually cleaning instead of looking at their phones like so many places you go today.
The wings were great! We had the mild and I loved the flavor. And every wing was worthy, plump and juicy. We had their celery and carrots and they were fresh, cold and delicious. The staff was friendly!
The food was good. Staff was pleasant. The entire restaurant needs a wipe down...the soda machine, tables (wiped it down myself-you're welcome). How bout ketchup for fries? Celery? Carrots? Trash can for trash? Utensils? Didn't ask for the order to go... Men's room that's 'Out Of Order' but all the male staff used it?

The wings weren’t spicy at all - ordered mild and it just taste like the oil they were cooked in
Absolutely terrible experience. I simply tried to cancel an order because it was going to the wrong address and was lied to by the manager that the order would be cancelled and that I would be refunded. I then get a confirmation message that the food is on the way to the wrong address. When I called to to ask why they didn’t cancel it, I was told by the manager “It’s your fault, you should’ve checked the address before you ordered!” Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I was still charged and received no food or compensation.
Ordered a 10 peice came with 8. Then little to no fries in the large. Plus food was cold from doordash.
The beautiful, smiling lady that took our order was wonderful and had a great sense.of humor. She suggested I try honey mustard sauce on my Louisiana wings and she was totally right - delicious!
The only downer was the way the manager was speaking to the employees- totally rude and disrespectful.
Everyone else deserves a raise! The manager lady needs to go - she brought the energy down.
We ordered 4 flavors, mild, original hot, Louisiana rub, and lemon pepper. All 4 of us felt that the wings barely had any flavoring. Carrots and Celery were fine. We don't have covid. Never had this problem here before.... very odd
