This is by far the best location I’ve ever been too! The staff go over and beyond and never ever fail at making my food sooo good! I go here all the time and love the environment because of how sweet the cashiers and manager are❤️
OKAY! I never leave reviews but I had to with my experience there yesterday. Phillip was the best cashier I think I’ve ever been served by. If you’re his manager, GIVE HIM A RAISE!
He not only took my order but was suggesting how to make my order better every step of the way! I will be revisiting!

Staff is very under trained, for years.
3 visits, two of those not my choice but I went with high hopes. Food can be good, But there’s always something wrong-badly. Just try harder staff, please. ????
I love their chicken tenders but on my recent visit the cashier refused to give me a cup for water. They says that I had to purchase a drink to get a cup. I have never been to a place that refused to serve water. I will not come back to this location.
I called 927pm to place an order but Alisa said she DONT take orders over the phone after 9pm if the order is more than 20pc wings and said either I place an order online or come to the store, I told her I cant place an order online coz im driving, (on my way to the store)
and asked her can i just take 20pc then and I’ll give her my card payment details to guarantee the order, she refused and rudely said NO.
I came to the store to place my order and right after I paid, she got a phone call and took an order over the phone. It was clear she said no phone orders after 9p! well…?????
Alisa is very rude and unprofessional. She makes her own rules and policies but doesn't stick to them.
I asked if I could speak to her away from other customers’ prying ears, I spoke to her calmly and in a manner where no other customers would hear my complaints and disappointments but she on the other hand responded in a tone where everyone could hear her. I told her I am disappointed how she handled everything,
Im a regular customer and always do phone orders at this store, and this is the very first time this happened to me.
BTW, I also observed how she helped the guys in the back prepare food orders right after she rolled and put away the dirty floor mats, she handled food without washing her hands, very unsanitary and unhealthy!
This lady needs to be retrained in proper customer service and safe food handling.
She is rude and unprofessional.
If I could give a zero rating I would.

Had a birthday celebration and a kind young lady named Stephanie at cashier was very helpful and gracefully let me interrupt her while she was taking orders to give plates and cups and anything else we needed. Excellent customer service!
Destiny and Stephanie are the stores two best employees, aside from the main cook in the back. Always have my order perfect 1st time around. (In the past)- some employees overcharged me and another wouldn't let me get extra dipping sauces,"corporate store rules and limitations". I am always ready to pay the difference as I always do.
Anyways these two girls literally carry the store well. Thank you for your excellent services!
Double check the orders, the will read it out to you and say everything is correct and the have stuff missing when you get home. Called and they refused to make it right.
