What the heck is this, this suppose to be buffalo it look like someone threw up. It already took me 50mins to get my order. Claim I was waiting on fries but I didn’t order fries. Try to be patience but just sitting in there Drama Drama Drama instead of actually working. Lady even made a joke of giving me old fries off the floor to another customer.
This location has gone downhill. You can get good service depending upon who is on the shift that day. But the employees have lackluster attitudes, they do not greet you when you walk inside. You can stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes before someone looks in your direction. Nor do they give you an update when you have waited more than 30 minutes for your food. I ordered online and arrived during the scheduled completion window and waited more 30 minutes for boneless chicken, fries and corn. The lemon pepper dry rub is my favorite but it's definitely not worth the poor customer service and extensive waittime for it. This place needs a revamp.
this wingstop is very inconsistent, i ordered my food at 10:57pm and havent gotten my food. the wingstop closes at 12am and i called and enailed but got put on hold for an hour. i absolutely HATE making online orders from here because of the lack of respect. i sent $15 on a boneless meal that would take not more than 20 mins for them to put together and package it and about 15 mins to deliver. it’s outrageous how i never can get through to them on the phone and i now lost $15 due to some inconsiderate workers.
This wingstop is the worse. Im fixing to call the health department. I ordered online and it said 21 mins.when i got there this big dude cleaning one greaser with chicken and fries next to it .he cursing and yelling with another employee.there were mush and stinky build up all over the floor and all i see is dirty red draws from the employee! After an HOUR OF WAITING FOR MY FOOD NOT 20 MINS . i had to rush to get my kids .when i got to my Destination.i was missing tenders and ranch! Wingstop count your days Disgusting place .i will never eat hear again! And y'all owe me money!
I’ve read some of the reviews written about this place and I just don’t know if they changed their staff but I had a great experience.
I didn’t order online even though there is an option for it, Latoya was our host she explained they had a Monday night special offer which we choose and walked with 25 boneless wings and fries for less than $25.
We tried the Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, Korean BBQ and Garlic Parmesan all of them tasted great.
Once our order was ready Mr. Hall (Manager) was very helpful and made sure our food and order was complete we felt so good about how they handled our order that we even asked to take a picture with them.

This wingstop has the worst service. You have to call them over 10 times to get someone to answer and when you finally do, their calls drop. It had been over an hour since I placed the order and the delivery guy never showed and I couldn't get my money back because their phone service was not working .
Tried the Hot Honey Rub chicken sandwich and let’s just say I would rather stick to McDonald’s, KFC and Chick-fil-A. The chicken was cooked good but filled with so much GREASE to the point where my bun is soggy due to that ????. Then the thigh bites are undercooked and barely has meat inside of it . Fries was greasy and soggy . Let’s just say I’m DISAPPOINTED
Ordered my Food on the App and it was ready when I got to restaurant. In and out 5 mins , Thanks Guys Sunday lunch served. The app might be a better way to order then to just call the store. My opinion
