Usually I don’t have an issue but today takes the cake. Undercooked chicken, soda machine flat, and soggy fries absolutely terrible this place needs to close down.
Worse customer service ever.!!!!! Rhonda told me they don’t take phone in orders because they are too busy…. I’m a paying customer too. I love ???? WINGSTOP But after that comment. I’m NEVER buying here again!!! I’ve been trying to get a phone order in for the last 6 months…. NO SUCCESS then for her to make that statement. My money is GREEN just like UBER EATS!

I tried their seasoned fries because people said they were fire, but it was more like a smolder. The fries were well seasoned but soggy. The dipping sauce of ranch mixed with their hot sauce was recommended, and it didn't disappoint. I also got a cherry Coke, but it had a chemically kind of aftertaste. Overall, it was good, but not as good as everyone claims. 8/10.
Me & my fiancé just went there because we receive our order and the chicken was not cooked right, fried burnt and tenders were awful. All we asked the Manager Monica to do was to make it right and instead she refused. Started talking to us crazy and hollering and called the Police on us saying that she was going to have us arrested for trespassing. This behavior is unacceptable, fortunately the Officers knew she was full of it. This is not the end...I want her fired. Nobody like this should be working in Customer Service nor running a Restaurant. I will follow up on this in the morning. ????
I ordered boneless wings and strips. First picture is just the unbelievable inedible burnt wings. The second picture is how they are both supposed to look. It's really disgusting and disrespectful to the branch as a whole. Please don't waste your money.

Place is filthy, staff is for for the most part rude and unreliable and the food is always cold or wrong. Everytime I eat in this place it makes my stomach hurt and theres mice all around the outside of the "resteraunt" please save yourself the headache.
The night shift does not know how to take order. Even we had repeated multiple times and still got it wrong.....
