Short version: If you want Wingstop go to another location. They hardly ever stick to a schedule, the bathroom and A/C are broken most days and the staff for the past couple of years have been mediocre on the best of days.
Longer version: I love Wingstop. I used to love this location. Over the past few years though it has gone downhill in a big way. When going in you wouldn’t know if the bathrooms would be usable. I am not sure when the last time the A/C has worked. Recently it has gotten to the point of “let’s give them one more shot”. They had built up a lot of loyalty during the time they were good. Today however was the last actual straw for this location.
We ordered online and it let us pick a time of 11:15. We get to the store around 11:00 and there is a sign taped to the door saying they would not open until 12. We left and came back around 11:45 and the sign was gone so we opened the door and people were in eating. We went to the counter and the clerk went and got us the bag. We asked how long has it been sitting there. He looked at the receipt and said since 11:15. We asked about the sign and he went and got the manager. The manager then started before we could say anything telling us that they made it ten minutes ago. After repeatedly telling us that before letting us talk they then demanded that we look at the food. The fries were soggy and the manager was insisting “see it is still steaming”.
At this point it was just annoying and we were going to just take our food eat and leave. Then the manager not knowing when to quit said that they saw us there at 11. They were fixing our order then and we could have just come on in and got it. They just were not going to be open to the public until 12. All but out right saying it was our fault for not trying to go in a store that was closed.
A simple “sorry x happened” would have sufficed. We didn’t really care that much at the time. We literally just wanted to know why there was a sign saying that they opened at 12 when it let us put in an order for 11:15.
This alone would not have been enough for me to leave this review but this type of thing has become the rule and not the exception for this location.
The picture included is of the semipermanent bathroom out of order that they have. I guess you need something quick to put up when the bathrooms are out five days out of seven.
I recently visited Wingstop and had an amazing experience! The wings were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The variety of sauces available catered to all taste preferences, from mild to extremely spicy. The staff was friendly as well as the young lady named Tiny and provided excellent service, ensuring my order was accurate and timely. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy my meal!
I came in tonight after they’d already closed and they did not turn me away. This new team and management are wonderful! I had not been to this location in a while because when I used to come before they were under a different manager and there was always something wrong and the employees who were here in the past were really rude. This is the second time I have been to this location since I stopped because of the previous bad service, and I am truly impressed with how amazing their customer service has become with this team and their new manager. Glad I can come back to this location because I hated having to drive to a location away from my house just to avoid bad customer service
I’ve never had a problem with them. Tanya is always there and always greet customers with a smiles. Good food, sometimes have to wait but never too long! Always a great place to go I go almost everyday!
Ordered 8 piece wing with vegs and blue cheese dip, received 6 wings for 15.96. I call up there they said sorry????? This has happened before more than once. That’s what I called this time. I’m done. I will not order from them again. No wonder they have a 3.2 rating ????
I’ve been a customer at this location for years! The customer service is amazing and the food is always delicious and fresh! Shinika is very friendly and loves to see her customers happy! You can count on her to greet you with a bright smile and check on you during your visit here!
I am a regular customer at wing stop. I drive 35 minutes from GA just for wings. Ms.Shanika is always so warm and welcoming as well as her staff. If you’re looking for wings in the area definitely give them a shot. Customer Service is top tier and the best fries in town.
I’ll first start by saying our food was great, however the customer service and staff made our dine-in experience one that we will come time and time again. Tiny, has exceptional customer service skills and checked on us throughout our wait to dine! Thank you!
