Despite the business and large crowd of people and many many orders the employees were quick and tried to get everyone’s order completed thoroughly and in a timely matter as much as they could. After about 30 minutes waiting an employee clocked out for their shift but they kept hustling and making sure everyone was served and names were checked! I hope management does a better job with scheduling so that the employees on the clock are not stressing and feeling overwhelmed. Thank you for the service!
General manager, David, was pleasant from the phone order to the store. Friday night, they're busy as expected. David and his team were handling it extremely well with no sign of frustration. Just working smoothly with getting everything out. Not everyone understands the service industry, and David handled them with respect, every single one. ????
Hi my name is Nisha I always come to this wing stop and I ordered when they first opened so the food should not be like this. I ordered atomic bomb the only flavor I ever buy from here one side has sauce on it and then the other side look like a regular chicken with no sauce. The fries only had a little bit in there and they were all soggy and hardly no seasoning on it. I called and told them I was just there about 15 minutes ago and they remember me so the girl said oh it’s supposed to be like that if you don’t ask for extra seasoning. I said I always order from there is never like that one side has no seasoning on it but the other side has sauce. So she said as long as you bring the food back we can we make for you I said I will be back in Lodi around four or five she said OK. Make sure everything is in the back so for you guys mistake you want me to bring the food back to you guys at dinner time and then you guys will remake the food this is a horrible restaurant I would never order from them again .
Check your order before you leave! They ALWAYS forget stuff! The forgot half my order, when I got home and noticed, I tried calling to let them know and they’re phones were not working
, so I had to drive back and there were 3 other customers there waiting and complaining about the service!
Second time we have ordered online through door dash and both times they have left out parts of our order . Thought maybe the first time was a fluke but unfortunately it wasn’t. Also when they season the wings they just season one side .
Food is either cold,wrong, and the drinks sometimes taste flat. The wings also have barely any sauce on them and just mainly covered in oil. Not very satisfied with this place at all and it's not the firts time it's happened either.
My large family and I decided to come here for lunch. Great choice. Ended up with a 50 piece bone-in family pack. Everything was good and the customer service was really good as well. We will definitely come back.
Ordered for pickup online scheduled for 8:30 pm. Walked in early at 8:25 pm, and my order was ready already. Great; however the food was extremely cold like it had been sitting there for a while. I only noticed when I was halfway home, so I didn’t bother going back. When I got home, I called them to try and sort it out but was left on hold for almost 10 minutes.
