Honestly, they make good food. It’s why I come back (well, that and how close I live to it). However, this location in particular takes forever. If you’re doing a pickup order, schedule it for 15-20min before you want to pick it up. I always sit there for that long after my order was supposed to be ready.
Staff seems nice but not super friendly. They’re short with most customers but not rude (if that makes sense). The place is never crazy busy and they have the main sports channels if you wanna watch something while you wait.
Decent but nothing to rave about. If you have another WingStop near you, go to that one instead of here.
Zero star. They made a 3 Mobile order before my order which my order was placed first, I sat there and waited. 25 minutes for my dang order the place was dirty inside they had no ice in the machine and it had liquid overflowing and they took a pump thing to fix it so other words is a problem and why did they do a mobile order when I had my order in first. Unacceptable place to eat. My chicken is burnt and uneatable how disgusting this place is should be closed down refund now I have to go make a complaint with corporate to get my money back for burnt chicken. Can’t do your job. Can’t do your. Racist place to go. My daughter and myself walked in together and there was no one else. We were talking about the spice levels and the lady asked to take the order my daughter is standing next to me take my order and tell me the price, I looked at her and said and what ever my daughter wants. I am white and my daughter is mixed black. We walked in together and was standing together. Do you think corporate has contacted me HELL NO.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Wingstop. I tried to order online, but their website lacked a basic option to request plain wings with sauce on the side. This seems like a common request, and its absence was frustrating.
When I called the store to place my order, I was greeted by an automated machine. Still having difficulty in that ordering process. After asking to speak to a human, I was transferred to an out-of-country call center where the representative was only able to do what she could do considering where she was located.
I did get my order with the sauce on the side. However adding insult to injury, I was charged extra for having the sauce put on the side – almost $2 per sauce. This doesn't make sense, as the sauce is included with the meal when applied directly to the wings.
Unfortunately, my experience with Wingstop has taken a turn for the worse. It wasn't always this way, and I hope they'll take steps to improve their website, customer service, and pricing policies.
This wing stop states that they can’t provide cups of water. So as a patron dining in you can’t drink water. It is legally required in Denver for restaurants to provide water to patrons who pay for food. This person at the register also stated I have to order a combo when I went to order wings. I asked if I could just order wings and she kept talking about combos. Eventually she said yes 5 wings. I asked about the next amount and she went back to combos. I’m so confused as to why I can’t buy a La carte. Management do better. I won’t eat here and can’t eat here if I don’t have water and am eating your spicy wings. Totally reportable offense legally.
My family ordered food from here for pick up 11/09/24 around 6pm. We ate it and not even two hours later everyone has diarrhea and is throwing up. It was my 9 yr olds birthday & it was ruined with everyone sick. Food was handled negligently. Don’t go here for anything.
I called to order a mix flavored wings
They told me that I can’t do that they literally hung up on my face two times
So I came over to order and the guy I have told me right in my face. We are not taking your order just because I want to order 16 wings with many different flavors.
Honestly, no wonder why they have low rate
Ordered the chicken fingers with the hawaiian sauce and fries. What happened to the chicken? ???? It was like parts mushed together, not a chicken strip. The sauce was good, but that did not taste like chicken. The fries were soggy. We had to stop eating because it gave us a stomach ache. Even though we did take out, we noticed the dining area was dirty.
We visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was not very busy but it did take a long time to get our family order of wings.
There was a female service worker that was not very friendly.
The bathroom did not smell great and the soda machine broke while we were there.
