Conducted a visit. Faculty was kinda chaotic. Experience wasn’t too bad, however I’ve seen/gotten better. Staff was real chatty. A lot of customers were inside. Maybe staff was tired/ ready to go. Just wasn’t sure what the case was. Shout out to the birthday boy. I am always observant of all facilities. Score has been generated
Hello Wingstop Fans! I placed an order as a frequent Winger at this location by phone. The order history was available when I contacted them for a 10 piece plain extra crispy...which normal wait time is 25 min.
Arrived at store paid 20.74, young lady handed me a cup, shortly after wing bag was handed to me. Prior to this I noticed on my receipt no indication for Xtra crispy visible...now back to the opening of bag , wings appeared white areas on them and not fried crispy. Manager met me at counter as I handed her the wings she opened box dumped them back in fryer basket and refried them...........
I just stared in disbelief. I walked back to my seat and felt that it was the MOST UNSANITARY THING TO DO. She stated since drums were big she would fry them longer....uhm...I wasn't comfortable with this so I stated to her you placed wings I placed my hands all over back in a fryer I stated that's not good. She told she would do a fresh one and threw those out if I wanted to wait 25 minutes. How many times do you think they do things like this? Disgusting. She refunded my money and stated she placed a 10.00 credit on my account for next order..in meantime guy was cleaning above fryers with a spray solution wiping...you think it's possible spray solution reaches inside fryer oil and food? ???? Food for thought..
Horrible service today. It’s always a wait but today, there was no reason for a wait. No customers in store or any orders really pending. Had to wait 15 basically for them to collect food that should’ve already been cooked. At of all the crews, this particular morning crew sucks. Switch the whole morning crew and manager.

Food was not prepared how I wanted it , I asked for a special request & BUT instead I had 3 cooks giving me nasty attitude and being very rude about the situation! WORST experience at Wingstop . The customer service SUCKS !! No mgt on shift , employees do not know the proper procedure when handling things ! NOTHING !! It’s all bad !!! Some BIG BIG guy gave me extreme back talk and was being very sassy. Employees treated me like I was the one in the wrong. I’m an active MGT at Wingstop and this is totally unacceptable !! If your black be careful when ordering here .
Ordered a chicken sandwich from this location and one of the sandwiches was raw inside. Manager “Marie” gave us a hard time about refunding our order for the inconvenience of having to drive back up to the location and only refunded the sandwich. I feel good practice would have been to comp our entire order but I guess that’s just proof of the terrible customer service at this location. . See pic below
Horrible! I will never order from this location again and suggest you don’t either. I ordered the food while driving & thought I’d sit inside & wait for it to be ready. I was surprised that when I went inside my food was already ready. Mind you I had ordered it less than 10 minutes ago. Got home & I could immediately tell that the chicken was cooked in old grease because it was a dark brown off putting color. It tasted like old grease too. The fries were not fresh. They were not well done like I asked. I spent my hard earned money on this food and I’m not happy. This is just laziness on the employees part! They need to do better!
