Taste like food coloring and vinegar mixed together ???? just horrible taste ????couldn’t pass the bite I took how bad the taste was inside restaurant there’s big amount of flys ???? also ants ???? coming in thru window seals by drink area just paid and threw my food out after one bite. I was already disgusted for the restaurant itself
I did an online order and left with my food. On the way heading home there is a strong smell from the bag. The fries that were supposed to be lightly seasoned with their Cajun seasoning but were covered completely in heavy hot seasoning.
I went back to the store to get it corrected and they looked right so I headed home. I get home just to see they put a handful of fried on top of the ones that were wrong in the first place.
The last time I ordered here they took over 20 minutes from my estimated time but thought i’d give it a try again. That was a mistake in me.
Stay far from this location and just pick another one. This is not okay for paying customers. I am getting a refund.
Just returned home with the 40 classic wings we ordered (20 mild, 10 BBQ, and 10 original hot). As seen by the photos, there was absolutely zero sauce on the 20 mild wings. Called the store to see what could be done as I live 20 minutes away. The girl on the phone supposedly talked to her manager. They try to assure me the sauce was on there but “it is buttery so it falls off”…that has to be the dumbest comment I have ever heard as my girlfriend tried a sample of each of the two non-BBQ sauces before ordering. And if it is true then they are definitely making their wings wrong. Needless to say we will be going to Crazy Mikes or Buffalo Wild Wings. How a restaurant who specializes in wings gets its so wrong is beyond me…
Placed a big order at this location and got home and found they did not give us everything. Called back and first girl said it was our fault as we should have checked before we left and I said so you are blaming me for you guys not getting my order right. Was I suppose to unload the whole bag in front of you and check it. Also, they said they would box the orders in individuals boxes so we knew what was what and they didn't. Manager (so she said) got on the phone and tried to blame me as well and said I had to bring the whole order back to get the rest that was missing. The kicker of all this was it was only four tenders, but they wanted me to load everything back up in the bag and drive it all the way over there so they can verfiy the order, 4 TENDERS!!!!!!! Most managers would first apologize (never happened) and then make it right (never happened) and realize good customer service for just 4 TENDERS!!!!!!! I said I would take it all back, but family convinced me otherwise. This place has great food, but the service today was horrible and instead of helping a customer, they just wanted to blame the customer over 4 TENDERS!!!!!! I know they probably dont review these reviews, but I wanted to vent!!!!!!!
I had an issue with my order yesterday being cold. I came in today and the manger made it right and made my order again. He was very professional and addressed my concerns. I also appreciate that he said no worries I’ll fix it. Thanks I’m not one to complain at all usually but I wings are pricey right now.
My boyfriend and I came to this location on national wing day (Saturday, July 29, 2023). It was kinda crazy inside. Super busy and people were everywhere. BUT, the workers were so kind and patient. No one was giving attitude to the customers and likewise, no attitude was given to the workers while we were there. We had to wait a bit for our wings to be done (we ordered 24 + 5 free ones and fries), but we didn’t wait long.. maybe 8 minutes on top of the 33 we were quoted online? Not too bad and totally understandable. You should’ve seen the tickets coming off the printer in the short time we were there.. they were slammed! Our fries were cold, BUT our wings were on point and that was the real reason we visited them. No complaints from us. Top notch service. Very happy customers.
Everytime I come in my food isn’t ready i literally waited almost a hour on 20 boneless wings after ordering online. Then some of the workers friends came in and got an order for free and got their food before waiting customers. I was charged full price for cheese and got cheese in a dipping cup the fries are cold. Everytime I’m waiting I see multiple people bringing back orders that were messed up. I can’t even eat my fries now because they gave me this small cup of cheese I only eat the fries with cheese you would think with the wait they would be able to get the orders right and some hot fresh fries. I recommend not stopping by this location workers are obnoxious and the wait is ridiculous for the amount of workers they have there.
I went to the location and ordered my food. I waited more than 30 minutes for my food. While waiting I noticed the front register girl eating while taking orders while standing talking to the other young lady. When I received my food it was cold. After I made it home I noticed one of my orders was missing I called back to the restaurant and the manager was very nasty and hung up the phone in my face. When I got back to get my food she was rude as hell and didn’t not apologize.
