I really don't get how it's hard to sauce hot wings. You have one job, and you still mess it up. If this was one time, mistakes happen, but this is a regular occurrence. I even called the store after I ordered to request extra sauce, and you still manage to mess things up.
Came to get my online orders only to find that there was a 3 hr wait. My online was not even ready when I got there 30 minutes later. I waited 2hr and still no order. I asked to cancel and was told that I would have to wait for approval and a process of 10 days to get refunded. This place was not able to deal with the deman of orders and had multiple orders waiting on the rack. I was very dissatisfied with the service process, and the store manager was nowhere to be found and cause a lot of dissatisfied customers and staff seem frustrated with everything.
I waited over an hour for my food. When I asked for a status, I was told I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after being told my order would be ready in 10 minutes when I first arrived. I asked for a refund because I couldn't not wait another 20 minutes. The manager told me she voided the order. I left to go to another restaurant to get some to eat and realized the manager didn't give me full refund. I went back to Wing stop spoke with the manager and was told by the manager to call back in 7-10 business days if I didn't see the remainder of my refund. The restaurant was extremely crowded and unorganized even in the kitchen. I never received an apology from the manager.
Ordered online and it took 3 hours to get my food. And no one could tell me what the problem was. Save your money and don’t go here because seems like an ongoing thing with this company.
Absolutely the worst Wingstop in America. Ordered my food and it’s been 3 hours no update and I can’t get a refund because it’s an online order. No self serve drinks either.
Update#1 they’re now telling me they already made my food but they don’t know where they put it. So they’re remaking it. Straight horrible management and ownership. I’ll keep ordering from here just so I can tell yall how bad this place is. Consider it a series of horror stories brought to you by Pflugerville Wingstop.
Update#2 now they’re telling me they haven’t even started my food after saying they were going too.
This is no big deal but i ordered a lot for my family. I live about 25-30ish mins away and i came home and getting ready to eat. I realized i was missing some food, so i went back to the store and explained i didn't have a completed order. Andrea was about to help me, no questions asked. She was very kind and caring and offered if i would like to have the whole order remade. Thank u.

Wings were super hot, fresh and delicious. Fries came out luke warm unfortunately but still decent.
Pro tip: ask how long the wait is BEFORE paying. I thought this was a fast food joint. It wasn't until I handed over my money that they told me it was a half hour wait. I could've gone somewhere nice and been served at a table for the same amount of time and money. This here is why fast food is dying.
Update: I ended up waiting 50 freaking minutes!!! All while my groceries were waiting in a hot car. To make it worse, I saw people who came in 15 minutes after me getting their orders before me.
The food is ok, but absolutely not worth a 50 minute wait.
