I wish I could give 0 stars! The most horrible location. THE worst customer service and workers I have ever seen in my entire life. Please be aware before you order from here.
Wings were also TERRIBLE and so nasty. Literally gave us breading dipped in sauce….. disgusting
0 stars! Every time I come into this store they are slow, big manger guy sits on his phone with a snob look, always rude. They put no season on the fry’s when asked to put EXTRA! Take out orders take forever. And the damn fountain drink for months tastes so disgusting! Doesn’t matter what drink you get no syrup. That soda Machine needs to be cleaned because any soda you get ????, bet there is mold in it.
We ordered delivery. Had asked for unsweetened tea but we got sweat tea. Had asked for Cajun seasoning on my fries but it was just regular seasoning. Didn't think it was that hard to read an order. On top of that the boneless wings barely had any meat on them. It was just breading. And the garlic parmesan wings literally had 0 parmesan on them. It was basically just garlic butter wings.
Chelsie came in the restaurant and all of a sudden she got the workers in line as well as Great customer service and an Amazing smile!! Wingstop needs to give her a raise!!!! I’m not the only one that feels that way , but maybe the only person that took the time to recognize this valuable amazing employee you have!!! Appreciate the good ones they don’t come around to often!!!! Thank you Chelsie I’ll probably be late on this delivery but you deserve the credit!!! I didn’t smile all day and then you walked in with that positive energy and smile!!!! Thank you!!!
I usually don’t come to this location because the one off of federal is closer to my house but let me tell you something I came in Monday night and the food was awesome fresh fry’s good crispy chicken and great customer service If I’m not mistaking the girl/boy T that was in the front with the gold grills Is so cute lol sweet and professional great customer service I walked out of there with a smile definitely recommend this location I will be back thank you so much For the experience
This place is so disgusting you pick up your order. Your bag has all kinds of grease coming through the bag the size of the bag the bottom of the bag you opened up your food. Everything is all sloppy inside. It’s disgusting even your drink. They can’t even pour a simple soda without having soda All over the edge all over the side of the cup. It’s disgusting very sloppy sloppy sloppy work.
Service is usually slow but it’s whatever, but this recent time I went, I was there for like 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before I got there. I guess I don’t mind the wait because stuff happens but when you make someone wait that long, at least apologize or something for waiting for so long, I understand but most of the staff could care less if you wait an hour. Only reason why I’m leaving this review due to them not even acting like they care that they make you wait so long.
My husband ordered bone in wings with the Louisiana Rub. When he asked if the wings would be wet and she said yes. They were dry, no wet sauce. He ordered the loaded cheese fries which she said would have bacon on them and there was none. I ordered bone in wings with garlic parmesan. It was dry. We had to apply our own sauce. We were very disappointed in the wings and frustrated with the misinformation. We will not return.
