Crazy that I have to go this far! Paid $35 for 10 boneless wings and Cajun corn. Received 5 non seasoned boneless wings and unseasoned corn. Contacted the headquarters three times already since this store seems to never have a manager on duty that can assist and after multiple promises of someone calling me back STILL haven’t received even an email! This happened on November 30.. it is now December 11. Was a faithful customer here ordering wingstop three times a week.. it’s unfortunate but I will no longer be supporting a company that cannot reach out to fix a problem.. especially being that they are so expensive.
First time trying these wings and really enjoyed them. Mango habanero, Louisiana rub and hot. All were very flavorful. My wife enjoyed her lemon pepper very much as well. And if you're into blue cheese, it was really good too. Decent size wings. Will definitely get the again. We got them delivered through doordash
Very annoyed won’t my experience here. I waited well over an hour for a carry out order. It was a very busy night which is understandable. My frustrations comes from people who ordered after me with a later pick up time receiving their food before I did. This happened at least five times. I was told to wait to the left when I first arrived. No one asked my name or my order. I will not be spending money at Wingstop location anymore. I’m beyond upset.
Ordered last night on Uber Eats and honestly didn’t expect much since they had to travel. The Wings ended up being the best we have had in Orlando. We tried, hot, Korean bbq, and honey bbq- all awesome. The fries were really good too even after the drive. Will definitely get it again
gave my delivery order to the wrong person and refused to remake it. waited 2 hours before they cancelled my order. don’t even bother calling the store, i was on hold for an hour and nobody ever picked up.
I called heath services, they over pack the chicken when frying. They never do orders on time. There would be literally no one ordering and I'll place an order and wait 30 minutes for ten wings. French fries are never fresh! I've seen the owner to this place, fat and Rude as hell. What happen to quality? what happen to customer service? You're better off making your own wings. DO NOT COME HERE!
I wish there is lower than 1. Order placed online via the website at 8:41, arrived 10:24. Not only the order came wrong and cold but also I was left in limbo for an hour forced to chase it between the driver who didn’t speak English (doordash driver that wingstop uses for home deliveries) and the Semoran location manager who didn’t care about it saying that he sent my order ticket to the driver already and that I have to call him directly to follow up, denying the restaurant’s responsibility for the order at that point!When I text the driver and translate his spanish text into english the guy said he’s waiting at the store for the order to pick it up! This is insane! Now that food took more than 90 minutes to arrive, we had to eat it cold and with the wrong side!!
On the website, couldn’t find a way to file a complaint so I don’t even know if the management cares!
Placed an order at 8:58pm. It’s 10:14 pm and it’s not ready. I called the store and have been on hold for 17 so far. What the heck? This is nuts the app does not give you the correct time. The pick up said 22 min max. It’s been 1 hour and 17 min so far.
